|a بحثت هذه الدراسة في الوعي النسوي بالمبادرات الصحية، ودورها في الحد من النمو السكاني في صعيد مصر، وذلك بالاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وبإجراء الدراسة الميدانية على عينة بلغت (۳۰۰) من النساء المتزوجات ولديهن طفل واحد على الأقل، وذلك في الفئة العمرية من (١٨-٤٥) عاماً، وهو سن الإنجاب عند الإناث والسن الذي استهدفته المبادرات الصحية، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية قصدية، من خلال تطبيق مقياس من تصميم الباحثون. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود وعي لدي المبحوثات بالمبادرات الصحية التي استهدفتهن من حيث النطاق الجغرافي والخدمات المقدمة من هذه المبادرات، وأتضح أن المبادرات الرئاسية الصحية استطاعت الوصول إلى الريف المصري، والنساء بها بصورة كبيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج وعي النساء في الصعيد وفي الريف المصري بدور المبادرات الصحية في تنمية المرأة في المجال الصحي تمثلت في رفع الوعي الصحي وتحسين صحة الأمهات، والتقليل من معدل وفيات الأمهات، والاهتمام بغذاء المرأة، والطفل، والعناية بحديثي الولادة، وحث المرأة على التعليم والعمل، ويعتبر تمكين المرأة في جميع القطاعات من الاستراتيجيات والسياسيات السكانية التي تهدف للحد من النمو السكاني بطريقة غير مباشرة.
|b This study examined feminist consciousness of health initiatives and their role in reducing population growth in Upper Egypt, based on the sample social survey curriculum and by conducting the field study on a sample reached (300) married women with at least one child in the age group (18-45) is the reproductive age of females and the age targeted by health initiatives, and they were chosen in a deliberate manner, by applying a measure designed by researchers, The study found that there was consciousness among women researchers of the health initiatives that targeted them in terms of geographical scope and the services provided by these initiatives, and it was found that the presidential health initiatives had considerable access to the Egyptian countryside and women. The results also showed that women in Egypt and the countryside were aware of the role of health initiatives in women's health development, namely, raising health consciousness and improving maternal health, Reduce maternal mortality, attention to women's and children's food, care for newborns, and urge women to educate and work. Women's empowerment in all sectors is considered a population strategy and policy aimed at indirectly reducing population growth.
