|a هذا البحث يتضمن قراءة في مخطوط: "نوازل العلامة محمد التاودي بن سودة"، الذي يعتبر من أعلام الحاضرة الفاسية في عهد ازدهارها الثقافي والفكري، والذي هو نتاج جامعة القرويين العامرة، مفخرة كل المسلمين بما خرجته من أعلام في فنون شتى، وقد تناولت هذه النوازل مختلف الموضوعات من أمور العبادات والمعاملات والأقضية وغيرها من الموضوعات المهمة، ونجد العلامة التاودي قد تصدى لكل مسألة أو نازلة عرضت عليه بالتدقيق العلمي والبحث عن الجواب الذي يتناسب مع أحكام الشريعة، والأخذ فيها بالراجح من الأدلة، والمشهور من أقوال أهل العلم، دون أن يغفل ما جرى به عمل أهل البلد، وقد عملنا في هذا البحث على إماطة اللثام عن هذه النوازل والتعريف بها، في أوساط أهل العلم من الباحثين والمهتمين بهذا النوع من التراث العلمي الإسلامي، وذلك بنسبتها إلى مؤلفها، وذكر موضوعاتها ومضامينها، مع تبيان المنهج المعتمد في معالجتها، وأختم بتوصيف للنسخ المخطوطة المتوفرة في قراءة هذه النوازل.
|b This search includes reading in a manuscript: "Nawzel al- Ma'il Muhammad al-Tawadi bin Suda", considered a flag of the Fascist civilization in its period of cultural and intellectual flourishing, is the product of the University of the Villagers al- Amra, All Muslims are proud of the flags it has produced in various arts, and these have dealt with various subjects such as worship, dealings, and issues and other important subjects. We find that the Tatawaddy mark has dealt with every matter or issue submitted to scientific scrutiny and the search for an answer that is in accordance with the provisions of the Shariah, and it has taken more evidence, and well-known sayings by the people of science, without ignoring what has been done by the people of the country. We have worked in this search for the identification and publicizing these phenomena among scholars and those who are interested in the Islamic heritage, and in its subjects, and in order to mention its content, in processing them, and I conclude with a description of the manuscript copies available in the reading of these descendants.
