|a استهدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلقاء الضوء على جريمة التسول عند المسنين، حيث تتناول بعض القضايا والمتغيرات الفاعلة مثل: الخصائص الديموجرافية، العوامل الاجتماعية المرتبطة بها، أنماط التسول عند المسنين وتصنيف المُسنين المتسولين، الكشف عن ارتباط جريمة التسول بالجرائم الأخرى. اعتمدت الدراسة في إطارها النظري على عدة نظريات؛ البنائية الوظيفية، التعلم الاجتماعي، المخالطة الفاصلة، الضبط الاجتماعي. تتبنى الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من أجل تقديم دراسة وصفية تحليلية تفسيرية لجريمة التسول، استخدمت الدراسة طريقة دراسة الحالة باستخدام دليل المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتطبيقه على عينة بلغ عددها (50) حالة من المُسنين المتسولين من الذكور والإناث. أما عن نتائج الدراسة فقد أسفرت الدراسة عن بعض النتائج ذات الصلة بموضوعها الأساسي، تتمثل فيما يلي: 1- تميز المسنين المتسولين بخصائص ديموجرافية معينة. 2- تعدد العوامل الاجتماعية المرتبطة بجريمة التسول عند المسنين وهي كالتالي: - عوامل: اقتصادية، أسرية، قانونية، مجتمعية، ثقافية، صحية. 3- يقل النشاط الإجرامي- المرتبط بممارسة جرائم أخرى تحت مظلة التسول- كلما تقدم المُسنين في العمر. 4- سلوك التسول عند المُسنين هو سلوك متعلم ومكتسب من أقارب آخرين ممارسين للتسول، ومن خلال الممارسة والتقليد والمحاكاة لنماذج من المتسولين في الشارع. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج، توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات ذات الأهمية ومنها: 1- توجيه المسنين المتسولين وإعلامهم بالأنظمة التي توفرها الدولة لإعانتهم، وتعريفهم بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية التي تستطيع مساعدتهم، حيث يجهل الكثير منهم هذه الجهات والغاية من وجودها.
|b The present study aimed at high lighting the crime of begging among the elderly, It deals with some active variables, such as: Demographic characteristics and associated social factors, patterns of begging in older persons, the classification of older persons as beggars and the fact that begging is linked to other crimes,. In theory, the study was based on several theories: functional constructivism, social learning, socialization, social control. The study adopts the analytical descriptive approach in order to provide an explanatory analytical descriptive study of the crime of begging. The study used the case study method using the interview guide as a data collection tool and applied it to a sample of 50 cases of elderly male and female beggars. As for the results of the study, the study produced some conclusions related to its main theme: 1- certain demographic characteristics of old beggars .2- The various social factors associated with the crime of begging among older persons are as follows :There are many social factors associated with the crime of begging among the elderly, and they are as follows: Factors :Economic, family, legal, community, cultural and health. 3-Criminal activity associated with other offences involving begging decreases as the elderly age.4-Begging behavior of the elderly is learned and acquired from other beggars and through the practice, imitation and of models of beggars in the street. In Light of these findings, the Study arrived at some important recommendations, including: 1-To provide guidance to older persons in beggary and inform them of the regulations provided by the State to assist them and of the social institutions that can assist them, many of whom are unaware of these bodies and of the purpose of their existence.
