المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق بين مرضى ضغط الدم المرتفع ومرضى السكري والأصحاء في الصلابة النفسية والأمن النفسي والأمل، على عينة كلية بلغت (۲۷۱) مقسمين إلى مرضى ضغط الدم المرتفع (۸۹)، ومرضى السكري (۹۰)، والأصحاء (۹۲)، من المترددين على عيادات مستشفى الإيمان ومستشفى المبرة بمحافظة أسيوط، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (۱۸- ۷۸ عامًا)، بمتوسط عمري قدره (٤٤,٣٨ عامًا)، وانحراف معياري قدره (١١,٨٦ عامًا)، طبق عليهم استبيان الصلابة النفسية إعداد عماد مخيمر، ومقياس الأمن النفسي (الطمأنينة الانفعالية) إعداد زينب محمود شقير، ومقياس الأمل للراشدين إعداد أحمد محمد عبد الخالق، أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الدرجة الكلية للصلابة النفسية وبعدي الالتزام والتحدي والدرجة الكلية للأمل وبعد السبل وفقا لمتغير الحالة الصحية (مرضى ضغط الدم المرتفع- مرضى السكري- الأصحاء) في اتجاه الأصحاء، وفي بعد الالتزام من الصلابة النفسية، والدرجة الكلية للأمن النفسي وبعد الأمن النفسي المرتبط بالعلاقات الاجتماعية للفرد، والدرجة الكلية للأمل وبعد الإرادة وفقا لمتغير التفاعل بين النوع والحالة الصحية، وفي بعد التحكم من الصلابة النفسية وفقا لمتغير النوع (ذكور/ إناث) في اتجاه الذكور، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في والدرجة الكلية للأمن النفسي وبعد الأمن النفسي المرتبط بالحالة المزاجية وفقا لمتغير الحالة الصحية (ضغط الدم المرتفع- مرضى السكري- الأصحاء) في اتجاه مرضى ضغط الدم المرتفع، أما بالنسبة للتنبؤ أشارت النتائج إلى أن الصلابة النفسية بمختلف أبعادها لديها القدرة على التنبؤ بكل من الأمن النفسي المرتبط بالحالة المزاجية من أبعاد مقياس الأمن النفسي وببعدي السبل والإرادة من مقياس الأمل بالإضافة إلى قدرة بعد الالتزام على التنبؤ بالدرجة الكلية للأمن النفسي لدى مرضى ضغط الدم المرتفع، وفيما يتعلق بمرضى السكري فإن بعد الالتزام لديه القدرة على التنبؤ بالأمن النفسي المرتبط بالحالة الاجتماعية من أبعاد مقياس الأمن النفسي، وكل من الدرجة الكلية للصلابة النفسية وبعدي التحدي والالتزام لديهم القدرة على التنبؤ الأمن النفسي المرتبط بالحالة المزاجية وببعدي السبل والإرادة من مقياس الأمل، أما بعد التحكم لديه القدرة على التنبؤ ببعدي السبل والإرادة من مقياس الأمل فقط، وبالنسبة للأصحاء فإن بعد الالتزام لديه القدرة على التنبؤ بالأمن النفسي المرتبط بالحالة المزاجية، والأمن النفسي المرتبط بالحالة الاجتماعية من أبعاد مقياس الأمن النفسي، وقدرة الصلابة النفسية بمختلف أبعادها على التنبؤ ببعدي السبل والإرادة من مقياس الأمل.

The study aimed to identify the differences between high blood pressure patients, diabetics, and healthy people in psychological hardiness, psychological security, and hope, on a total sample of (271) divided into high blood pressure patients (89), diabetics (90), and healthy people (92). Those who visited the clinics of Al-Iman Hospital and Al-Mabarra Hospital in Assiut Governorate, and ages ranged between (18-78 years), with an average age of (44.38 years) and a standard deviation of (11.86 years). They were administered a psychological toughness questionnaire prepared by Imad Mukhaimer, and a security scale. Psychological (emotional reassurance) was prepared by Zainab Mahmoud Shuqair, and the hope scale for adults was prepared by Ahmed Muhammad Abdel Khaleq. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the total degree of psychological toughness and the dimensions of commitment and challenge, and the total degree of hope and the dimension of ways according to the health status variable (high blood pressure patients- diabetics).- Healthy people) in the direction of healthy people, in the commitment dimension of psychological hardiness, and the total degree of psychological security the dimension of psychological security related to the individual's social relationships, and the total degree of hope and the will dimension according to the interaction variable between gender and health status, and in the control dimension of psychological hardiness according to the gender variable (males/females) in the direction of males, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the total degree of psychological security and the dimension of psychological security related to the mood according to the health status variable (high blood pressure diabetics- healthy people) in the direction of high blood pressure patients. As for a prediction, the results indicated that Psychological hardiness in its various dimensions can predict both the psychological security related to the mood state from the dimensions of the psychological security scale and the two dimensions of ways and will from the hope scale, in addition to the ability of the commitment dimension to predict the overall degree of psychological security among patients with high blood pressure, and about diabetes patients, the dimension of commitment It can predict psychological security related to the social situation from the dimensions of the psychological security scale, and both the total degree of psychological hardiness and the dimensions of challenge and commitment can predict psychological security related to the mood state and the two dimensions of ways and will from the hope scale, while the dimension of control can predict the dimensions of ways and will. From the hope scale only, for healthy people, the commitment dimension can predict the psychological security related to the mood state, the psychological security related to the social situation is one of the dimensions of the psychological security scale, and the ability of psychological hardiness in its various dimensions to predict the ways and will dimensions of the hope scale.
