|a يهدف البحث إلى إجراء دراسة تجريبية لبيان مدى تأثير بعض تقنيات الحياكة على الخواص الوظيفية لأقمشة ملابس الحوامل، وللوصول لهذا الهدف تم إنتاج عدد ٢٧ عينة قماش باستخدام المتغيرات التالية: ثلاث تقنيات حياكة (سوستة- كالونية- كسرات)، وثلاث كثافات للغرز تعدل إلى (٣-٤-٥) غرزة/ السنتيمتر، وثلاثة أنواع لخامات اللحمة (كتان ١٠٠% نمرة ١/١٦ ترقيم إنجليزي- تنسيل ۱۰۰ نمرة ۱/۲۰ ترقيم إنجليزي- مودال ۱۰۰% نمرة ۱/۳۰ ترقيم إنجليزي)، مع تثبيت خيط السداء (قطن 100% نمرة مرة ۱/۲۰ ترقيم إنجليزي)، وذلك باستخدام تركيب نسجي واحد (الأنسجة المعكوسة) مع تثبيت معامل التغطية (١٤)، ثم أجريت بعض الاختبارات المعملية على تقنيات الحياكة المنفذة محل الدراسة وهي اختبار (مظهرية الحياكة- كفاءة الحياكة- شد الحياكة) وذلك بمعامل القياس والمعايرة بالهرم- جيزة، اتبع البحث المنهج التجريبي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وتم جدولة نتائج الاختبارات موضع الدراسة وتحليل النتائج إحصائياً لإيجاد علاقة بين متغيرات البحث، توصل البحث إلى أن أفضل عينة قماش هي العينة المنتجة بخامة اللحمة (التنسيل)، باستخدام كثافة غرز (5 غرزة/ سم) وبتقنية الحياكة (كسرات) وذلك بمعامل جودة (98.57%)، بينما كانت أقل عينة هي المنتجة من خامة اللحمة (المودال)، باستخدام كثافة غرز (۳ غرزة/ سم) وبتقنية الحياكة (سوسته)، وذلك بمعامل الجودة (۷۱,۷۰%). ويعتبر البحث إضافة لمجال الملابس والنسيج عامة وملابس الحوامل بصفة خاصة.
|b The research aims to conduct an experimental study to demonstrate the effect of using some sewing techniques on the functional properties of maternity clothing fabrics, to achieve this aim 27 samples were produced using the following variables with three sewing techniques (-facing pleats-zip) ,and using three stitch densities per cm (3 stitches- 4 stitches - 5 stitches) ,And three types of weft yarn (flax 100% number 1/16 English numbering- tencel 100% number 1/20 English numbering- modal 100% number 1/30 English numbering) , with the warp yarn fixed (cotton 100% number 1/20 English numbering) and s single textile stracture was used (reverse tissues) by fixing the cover factor (14). Then laboratory tests were conducted on the sewing techniques used in the study, including, (the appearance of the sewing- the efficiency of the sewing- the strength force of the sewing) , The research followed the experimental method and the descriptive analytical method to achieve the aim, and statistical analysis was used to establish a relationshıp between the research variables, The research reveal that the best sample is the sample produced with the weft material (tencel) ,using a stitch density of (5 stitche/ cm) and the sewing techique (pleats) , with a quality factor of (98.57) , while the lowest sample is the sample produced with the weft material (modal). using a stitch density of (3 stitche/ cm) and a sewing technique (zip) , with a quality factor of (71.70).
