المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة التبادلية بين الأنومي والسلوك الإجرامي لخريجي رعاية الأحداث، وعلى دور الأسرة والرفاق، والأقارب والجيران والمجتمع في توكيد الأنومي في النزعة الإجرامية والانحراف لخريجي دور رعاية الأحداث، وعلى دور ثقافة دور رعاية الأحداث في العود إلى الجريمة لخريجي دور رعاية الأحداث، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج السوسيوانثروبولوجي بأدواته المختلفة من أجل وصف ظاهرة الأنومي الذي يواجه خريجي دور رعاية الأحداث المفرج عنهم كمتغير مستقل، وانعكاساته على العودة للجريمة كمتغير تابع، كما تم تطبيق دليل المقابلة مع خريجي دور رعاية الأحداث في سجن وادي النطرون وسجن القناطر الخيرية، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في تصميم دليل مقابلة لخريجي دور رعاية الأحداث المفرج عنهم وعودتهم للجريمة مرة أخرى ودخولهم إلى السجن، وتضمن أسئلة موزعة على بيانات أولية و(۷) محاور. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج ومن ابرزها أن الأنومي الذي لحق بالأسرة بسبب أحد أفرادها من خريجي دور رعاية الأحداث واستياء الأسرة من تلك الرموز والمعاني التي كانت تتلقاها من المحيط الاجتماعي الذي تعيش فيه، والتي تعكس مدى احتقار المحيطين بهم بما في ذلك أفراد من وأسرتهم على حد سواء، وتتأثر الأسر من ردود الأفعال السلبية التي تتلقاها من الأفراد الآخرين من خلال مقاطعة الابن والامتناع عن زيارته، وابتعاد جماعة الرفاق عن خريجي دور رعاية الأحداث، خوفا من تشوه صورتهم أمام أفراد المجتمع لكونهم على تواصل مع زميلهم المسجون الذي تحول بعد ارتكابه للجريمة ودخوله إلى السجن إلى شخص ملوث اجتماعيا وغير مرغوب فيه، وأن المؤسسة الإصلاحية تنطوي على العديد من المعاناة والآلام للنزلاء، الأمر الذي قد يترك أثارا نفسية على خريجي دور رعاية الأحداث، بالإضافة إلى الحرمان من العلاقات الجنسية السوية لصعوبة الزواج والارتباط الإجباري، والحرمان من الاستقلالية، مما يؤدي إلى المزيد من العنف والعود إلى الجريمة مرة أخرى.

The study aimed to identify the interrelationship between anomie and the criminal behavior of those released from juvenile detention facilities, and the role of the family, companions, relatives, neighbors, and society in affirming the anomy role in criminal inclination and delinquency for the released juvenile from the detention facilities. Also, the study aimed at depicting the effect of the prevailed culture and habitat in the juvenile detention facilities in the recidivism of those spent their term and released from such facilities. The study relied on the socio-anthropological approach with its various tools to describe the phenomenon of the anomie that faces the released persons. We tested the role of the released juvenile caregivers as an independent variable and its reflections on the recidivism as a dependent variable. The interview guide was also applied to those who have been released from the juvenile detention facilities and returned to adult prison. Questionnaire collected primary data distributed on seven study topics. Results indicated that the anomie stigmatized the family because of the released members from the juvenile detention facilities. Also, families showed dissatisfaction with those symbols and bad warding that they were receiving from people in their social environment in which they live. This reflects the extent of contempt for those around them and their families alike, which made the family affected by the negative reactions that it received from other individuals by boycotting the son and refraining from visiting him, and the group of comrades who kept away from imprisoned released of juvenile detention facilities fearing that their image will be distorted in front of the members of society because they are in contact with their imprisoned friends who after committing the crime and entering prison, has turned into a socially polluted and unwanted person. Results also indicated that the correctional institutions involve many sufferings and pains for the convicts, which left psychological effects on the released persons, in addition to deprivation of normal sexual relations, compulsory association, and deprivation of independence, which leads to more violence and recidivism.
