المستخلص: The research aims to identify the effect of Mikura training and the critical distance (Yuyo) on the effectiveness of the tactical performance in Atoshi Barko for traditional karate players. The researcher used the experimental method using one experimental group using a pre- and post-measurement method to suit the nature of the research. The research sample was chosen randomly from the players. Traditional karate (Ippon Shobu) at the Basyoun Union Club in Gharbia Governorate, with holders of the 1st Dan and 2nd Dan black belt, for the age group (over 20 years) and their number was (10) players, in addition to (8 players) to conduct the exploratory study and standardize the research and from outside the research sample. the basic. Conclusions:- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements in developing physical skill abilities in favor of the post-measurement. - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements in developing the variables of effectiveness of skill performance in Ippon Shobu in favor of the post-measurement. - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements in developing the effectiveness of tactical performance in Ippon Shobu in favor of the post-measurement. - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre- and post-measurements in the number of steps in preparation for the attack and the time of preparation for the attack in Ebon Shubu in favor of the post-measurement.
