There is no doubt that the value of modern educational models in sports activities is that they gain knowledge and performance through association, memorization, application and experimental learning for the purpose of consolidation. The research aims to identify the effect of the Perkins and Blythe model in improving the performance of some basic skills for beginners in football aged 12 years at the Al-Ahly Club Academy in Alexandria. The experimental method was used with a pre- and post-measurement design on one experimental group. The research sample was represented by beginners practicing football activity at the Al-Ahly Club Academy in Alexandria. Physical and skill tests appropriate for this age group were used, as scientific transactions were made for these tests. Educational units and a program of exercises were designed in addition to the content of the educational units and were objectively calibrated. One of the most important results is that teaching procedures using the (Perkins and Blythe) model achieved a clear improvement in the performance of basic skills being learned for beginners in football activity, and the (Perkins_Blythe) model provided the opportunity to activate the role of the beginner learner in learning basic skills in football activity, which helped in achieving the goal of learning. One of the most important recommendations is to apply the (Perkins and Blythe) model in learning basic skills for beginners in football at the Al-Ahly Club Academy in Alexandria.
