|a تسعي الدراسة الراهنة إلى إلقاء الضوء على مضمون الاستثمار الاجتماعي داخل جامعة القاهرة وانعكاسه على تنمية رأس المال البشري، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على تأثير الاستثمار الاجتماعي لرأس المال البشري على أداء الجامعة، هذا فضلا عن التعرف على العائد من الشراكة مع الجامعات الأجنبية ودوره في تعزيز الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على إجراءات البحث الوصفي، وتم استخدام أداة الاستبيان على عينة قوامها (۱۲۳) مفردة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة القاهرة ومعاونيهم، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن للاستثمارات الاجتماعية دور بالغ الأهمية في تنمية رأس المال البشري، بما يحقق التنمية الاقتصادية، ويزيد من مستوى أداء جامعة القاهرة، ويرفع من مستوى تصنيفها بين الجامعات العالمية والمحلية، كما أظهرت النتائج أن للشراكة مع الجامعات الأجنبية دور بالغ في تنمية رأس المال البشري.
|b The current study seeks to shed light on the content of social investment within Cairo University and its reflection on the development of human capital, in addition to identifying the impact of social investment of human capital on the performance of the university, in addition to identifying the return on partnership with foreign universities and its role in promoting investment in Human capital. The study relied on descriptive research procedures, and the questionnaire tool was used on a sample of (123) individual faculty members at Cairo University and their assistants. The results showed that social investment has a significant role in the development of human capital, in order to achieve economic development, increase the level of performance of Cairo University, and raise the level of its classification among international and local universities. The results also showed that partnership with foreign universities has a significant role in the development of human capital.
