المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم الموارد المادية والبشرية والتكنولوجية بلجان إدارة الأزمات بمدارس ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة الغربية، وقام الباحثان باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية الطبقية وعددهم (۱۷۰) فرد من مدراء الإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الغربية، وموجه عام التربية الرياضية وموجهي وموجهات التربية الرياضية بمحافظة الغربية، ومدراء ووكلاء مدارس ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة الغربية ومعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية والأخصائيون بمدارس ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة الغربية بنسبة ٥٠,٧٥% من إجمالي مجتمع البحث البالغ عدده (٣٣٥) فرد، وقد قام الباحثان بتقسيمهم إلى عدد (۳۰) فرد لإيجاد المعاملات العلمية لاستمارة الاستبيان "صدق- ثبات"، وعدد (۲۰) فرد لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، وعدد (۱۲۰) فرد لإجراء التطبيق النهائي لاستمارة الاستبيان، واستخدم الباحثان استمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مدراس ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة يتوفر بها وحدة كاميرات لمتابعة الأحداث اليومية على مدار اليوم الدراسي، ويتوفر بها وحدة إنذار ضد الحرائق مطابقة للمواصفات الفنية وشروط الصلاحية، وأنه يتم استثمار عوامل الأمن والسلامة المتوفرة بداخل المدرسة في تحفيز الطلاب على الممارسة الرياضية، ترقية الموارد البشرية في لجنة إدارة الأزمات تتم وفقاً للكفاءة والخبرة بعيداً عن العلاقات الشخصية، ويتم تفويض الكوادر الإدارية في تنفيذ بعض المهام والاختصاصات الوظيفية الأعلى بلجنة إدارة الأزمات، مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يتوفر بها قاعدة بيانات لجمع وتخزين البرامج الزمنية ومواعيد تنظيم البطولات والمنافسات الرياضية، وأنه يتم استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بمديرية التربية والتعليم في استقبال الاقتراحات واستفسارات المهتمين بالأنشطة المختلفة لذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة، ولجنة إدارة الأزمات إلى حد ما بها أجهزة تكنولوجية ونظم معلوماتية لرفع معدلات القدرات البحثية والقدرة على التطوير في مجال إدارة الأزمات، ويتم تحديثها بصفة إلى حد ما مستمرة، وإلى حد ما يتم استخدام النظم المعلوماتية في توفير أحدث المعلومات والمعارف المتعلقة بإدارة الأزمات وفي توفير المعلومات اللازمة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.

The study aimed to evaluate the material, human, and technological resources of crisis management committees in schools for people with special needs in Gharbia Governorate. The researchers used the descriptive approach, and the research sample was selected in a stratified manner. It consisted of (170) individuals from the directors of educational departments in Gharbia Governorate, the general director of physical education, and mentors and mentors. Physical education in Gharbia Governorate, directors and deputies of schools for people with special needs in Gharbia Governorate, physical education teachers and specialists in schools for people with special needs in Gharbia Governorate, representing 50.75% of the total research population of (335) individuals. The researchers divided them into (30) individuals to find the coefficients. The scientific study of the questionnaire form “Validity- Reliability”, and the number of (20) individuals to conduct the survey study, and the number of (120) individuals to conduct the final application of the questionnaire form, and the researchers used a questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data, and the results of the study resulted in that schools for people with special needs have a camera unit. To follow up on daily events throughout the school day, it has a fire alarm unit that conforms to the technical specifications and validity conditions, and the security and safety factors available within the school are invested in motivating students to practice sports. Upgrading the human resources in the Crisis Management Committee is done according to competence and experience, away from relationships. Personal, and administrative cadres are delegated to carry out some of the higher functional tasks and specializations of the Crisis Management Committee. Schools for people with special needs have a database available to collect and store timetables and dates for organizing sports tournaments and competitions, and the website of the Directorate of Education is used to receive suggestions and inquiries from those interested in the activities. Various facilities for people with special needs, and the Crisis Management Committee to some extent has technological devices and information systems to raise the rates of research capabilities and development capacity in the field of crisis management, and is updated on an ongoing basis to some extent, and to some extent information systems are used to provide the latest information and knowledge related to crisis management. crises and providing the necessary information to support administrative decision-making.
