|a هدفت الدراسة إلى: التعرف على آليات تطوير الشراكة المجتمعية بين الجمعيات الأهلية ومدارس التعليم العام لتدعيم اتجاه الطلاب نحو التطوع في ضوء المتغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتكونت عينة البحث من (60) من معلمات مدارس الظهران بمرحلة التعليم المتوسط والثانوي والتزمت الباحثة بتوجيه الاستبيان للمعلمات، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات بعد تطبيقه على مديري المدارس ممن لديهم الخبرة (١٠) سنوات فما فوق. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومنها: تقوم إدارة الجمعيات الأهلية بالعمل مع المدارس بشكل مستمر لحث الطلاب على التطوع، كما تحرص إدارة الجمعيات الأهلية على تيسير الاتصال بين الجمعيات الأهلية والمدارس بهدف تنفيذ برامج للتطوع. كما قدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات كالآتي: عمل الجمعيات الأهلية والمدارس على تنمية مهارة التواصل الفعال للمعلمات، من خلال إقامة الدورات التدريبية لهن بما يسهم في تعزيز الشراكة المجتمعية، وتقويم دور الجمعيات الأهلية في تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية بينها وبين المدارس.
|b The study aimed to: identify mechanisms for developing community partnerships between civil society associations and general education schools to support students’ attitudes toward volunteering in light of contemporary societal changes. The descriptive analytical method was used, and the research sample consisted of (60) female teachers in Dhahran schools in the intermediate and secondary education stages. The researcher committed to directing The questionnaire was for teachers. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data after applying it to school principals who had (10) years of experience or more. The study reached a set of results, including: The NGO Administration works with schools on an ongoing basis to encourage students to volunteer, and the NGO Administration is keen to facilitate communication between NGOs and schools with the aim of implementing volunteer programs. The researcher also presented some recommendations and proposals as follows: The work of civil society associations and schools to develop effective communication skills for teachers, by holding training courses for them in a way that contributes to strengthening community partnership, and evaluating the role of civil society associations in activating community partnership between them and schools.
