|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الاستغراق الوظيفي بالاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة، حيث استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي (دراسة مسحية) وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة إجراءات البحث، وجاءت أدوات جمع البيانات بغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث والإجابة عن تساؤلاته حيث استعان الباحث في جمع بيانات البحث باستمارة استبيان للتعرف على واقع الاستغراق الوظيفي بالاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة، وبلغت عينة البحث (115) فردا، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن ضعف اهتمام العاملين بالاتحاد بكل ما هو جديد لتنفيذ الأعمال وكذلك أهمية العمل الجاد لتحقيق أهداف الاتحاد، قلة رغبة العاملين في الحصول على الدورات التدريبية التي ينظمها الاتحاد، ضعف تفكير العاملين بالاتحاد في مصلحة العمل بعد انتهاء أوقات العمل الرسمية، عدم اهتمام الإدارة العليا للاتحاد بتقديم الدعم المعنوي للعاملين عند إنجازهم للأعمال المكلفين بها، كما أوصى البحث بضرورة اهتمام إدارة الاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة بتقديم الدعم المادي والمعنوي للعاملين عند إنجازهم المهام الوظيفية، وأن تعمل إدارة الاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة على ضرورة إيجاد برنامج لتحفيز العاملين وأن تهتم إدارة الاتحاد بتنمية قدرات العاملين.
|b The research aims to identify the reality of job burnout in the Egyptian Basketball Federation, where the researcher used the descriptive approach (survey study) in order to suit the nature of the research procedures, and the data collection tools were intended to achieve the objectives of the research and answer its questions, as the researcher used a questionnaire form in collecting research data to identify... The reality of job absorption in the Egyptian Basketball Federation, and the research sample amounted to (115) individuals. The results of the research resulted in the weak interest of the federation’s employees in everything new to carry out work, as well as the importance of hard work to achieve the federation’s goals, and the lack of desire of the employees to Obtaining training courses organized by the federation, weak thinking of federation workers in the interest of work after the end of official working hours, lack of interest by the federation’s senior management in providing moral support to workers when they complete the work assigned to them. The research also recommended the need for the management of the Egyptian Basketball Federation to pay attention to providing material and moral support. For employees when they complete their job tasks, and that the management of the Egyptian Basketball Federation should work on the necessity of creating a program to motivate workers, and that the management of the Federation should be interested in developing the capabilities of workers.
