|a يهدف البحث إلى بيان طبيعة البيئة القمرية، وكيفية أداء عبادتي الصلاة والصيام لرواد الفضاء المتجهين إلى سطح القمر، مع بيان وسائل التواصل المساندة لهم مع إدارة الرحلة الفضائية على الأرض؛ موضحا ما يواجهه رواد الفضاء من تحديات حقيقية مع الحلول الشرعية التي تتفق والشريعة الإسلامية، ويلتزم البحث بالمنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، أما المنهج الاستقرائي فلبيان طبيعة البيئة القمرية، وأهمية ارتياد الفضاء واستكشافه، وتوضيح الحُلة المخصصة لرواد الفضاء وضرورتها وأنواعها، وأما المنهج الاستنباطي، فللوقوف على بيان الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بعبادتي الصلاة والصوم من حيث الأداء والترخص لرواد الفضاء، مع المقارنة بين المذاهب الفقهية. يخلص البحث إلى نتائج عديدة من أهمها: اعتماد توقيت مكة المكرمة في تقدير أوقات الصلاة لرواد الفضاء على سطح القمر، وجواز التيمم لرائد الفضاء إن لم يجد ماء يتوضأ به أو وجده ولكنه عجز عن نزع الزي الفضائي داخل المركبة، وجواز أدائه الصلاة بدون طهور إن فقد الطهورين وقضائه هذه الصلوات بعد ذلك، كما يجوز له قصر الصلاة والجمع بين الصلاتين تقديما وتأخيرا حال هبوطه على سطح القمر، وفي طريقه طالما قطع مسافة القصر، وجواز فطره في شهر رمضان إن دخل عليه الصوم وهو في طريقه إلى القمر، أو بعد وصوله وإن لم تلحقه مشقة شريطة أن يكون قد قطع مسافة القصر، مع اعتبار رؤية مكة المكرمة لهلال شهر رمضان أيضا، وأفضلية صومه إن كان قادرا على الصيام. ويوصي البحث بمزيد من العناية باستكشاف الفضاء، وتذليل المصاعب التي تواجه رواد الفضاء، بتفعيل الذكاء الاصطناعي وتفعيل ساعة الفضاء السحيق، والسعي الحثيث نحو ابتكار أفضل الوسائل وأسرعها في دعم التواصل مع رواد الفضاء، ودعم وتشجيع البحوث والدراسات التي تساعد على تطوير أبحاث الفضاء، وعقد المؤتمرات والندوات ذات العلاقة بالفضاء؛ للتوصل إلى خطط ذكية لبناء مركبات فضائية هناك، وإدارة الوقت وحفظه بشكل قياسي على سطح القمر.
|b The research aims to explain the nature of the lunar environment, how to perform the worship of prayer and fasting for the astronauts heading to the surface of the moon, with an indication of the means of communication supporting them with the management of the space flight on Earth, explaining the real challenges that astronauts face with legal solutions that are consistent with Islamic law, and the research adheres to the inductive and deductive approaches. As for the inductive approach, it explains the nature of the lunar environment, the importance of space travel and exploration, and clarification of the suit assigned to astronauts, its necessity and types. As for the deductive approach, to find out the statement of the legal rulings related to the worship of prayer and fasting in terms of performance and authorization for astronauts, with a comparison between the jurisprudential schools. The research concludes with many results, the most important of which are: the adoption of the timing of Makkah Al-Mukarramah in estimating the prayer times for astronauts on the surface of the moon, and the permissibility of performing tayammum for the astronaut if he did not find water to perform ablution with or if he found it but was unable to remove the space uniform inside the vehicle, and the permissibility of performing prayer without purification if he lost the two purifiers and having these prayers after that, and it is also permissible for him to shorten the prayer and combine the two prayers before and at a later time if he lands on the surface of the moon, and on his way as long as he has covered the distance of shortening the prayers, and it is permissible to break his fast in the month of Ramadan if fasting starts while he is on his way to the moon, or after his arrival if he did not have any hardship, provided that he has covered the distance of shortening the prayers, taking into account the vision of Makkah Al-Mukarramah for the crescent of the month of Ramadan as well, and the preference for his fasting if he is able to fast. The research recommends more attention to space exploration, and overcoming the difficulties facing astronauts, by activating artificial intelligence and the deep space clock, striving towards creating the best and fastest means to support communication with astronauts, supporting and encouraging research and studies that help develop space research, and holding conferences and space-related seminars; to come up with clever plans to build spacecraft there, and to manage and record time on the moon.
