|a لقد اهتم الدارسون والمفكرون بموضوع البيئة وعملوا على إيجاد الوسائل اللازمة للمحافظة عليها وحمايتها من التلوث، حيث حظي هذا الموضوع على اهتمام الحكومات المحلية والمنظمات الدولية على حد سواء، ونظرا الأهمية البيئة لكونها الحيز أو الإطار الذي يمارس فيه الإنسان مختلف نشاطاته الحياتية ويطور اقتصاد البلد، لذا فإن أي اعتداء على هذه البيئة من شأنه أن يؤثر بشكل أو بآخر على حركة التنمية والاستقرار في البلد، ولا شك أن ذلك يؤدي إلى تراجع الناحية الاقتصادية والصحية والاضطرابات السياسية، حيث أن التلوث يمثل اعتداء مباشرا على صحة الإنسان بغض النظر عن نوع هذا التلوث، والأمر الذي لا خلاف عليه أنه لا يوجد جانب من جوانب هذه الحياة إلا ويكون معرضا لمخاطر تلوث البيئة. وقد تنامت ظاهرة اللجوء البيئي في السنوات الأخيرة نتيجة لتغيرات المناخ والكوارث الطبيعية وتدهور البيئة في بعض المناطق. وتتعلق هذه الظاهرة بتهجير الأفراد والمجتمعات من بلدانهم بحثا عن ملاذ آمن أو فرص أفضل تحت ضغوط البيئة القاسية. وتؤثر ظاهرة اللجوء البيئي على الاستقرار السياسي بعدة طرق، ومن أهم هذه التأثيرات الضغط على الموارد؛ حيث يمكن أن يؤدي تدفق كبير من اللاجئين البيئيين إلى زيادة الضغط على الموارد الطبيعية والاقتصادية في الدول/ المناطق المضيفة. قد يحدث نقص في المياه والغذاء والسكن والطاقة، مما يتسبب في توترات وصراعات بين اللاجئين والسكان الأصليين. ويمكن أيضًا أن يؤدي وجود عدد كبير من اللاجئين البيئيين إلى زيادة الاضطرابات الاجتماعية والتوترات القومية في الدول/ المناطق المضيفة حيث قد يحدث صراع على الموارد والفرص الاقتصادية.
|b Scholars and thinkers have paid attention to the issue of the environment and have worked to find the necessary means to preserve it and protect it from pollution. This subject-matter has received the attention of local governments and international organizations alike, and given the importance of the environment as it is the space or framework in which a person practices his various life activities and develops the country’s economy, so any attack on this environment would affect, in one way or another, the development and stability movement in the country, and there is no doubt that this would lead to a decline in the economic and health aspects and political unrest, as pollution represents a direct attack on human health, regardless of the type of this pollution, and the matter is What is undisputed is that there is no aspect of this life unless it is exposed to the risks of environmental pollution. The environmental refugee phenomenon has grown in recent years as a result of climate change, natural disasters, and environmental deterioration in some areas. This phenomenon relates to the displacement of individuals and communities from their countries in search of a safe haven or better opportunities under the pressures of the harsh environment. The environmental refugee phenomenon affects political stability in several ways, the most important of which are: pressure on resources; A large influx of environmental refugees could increase pressure on natural and economic resources in host countries/regions. Water, food, housing and energy shortages may occur, causing tensions and conflicts between refugees and indigenous people. The presence of a large number of environmental refugees can also increase social unrest and nationalist tensions in host countries/regions, where conflict over resources and economic opportunities may occur.
