هذا بحث في دراسة ابن النقيب، وكتابه بيان التبيان في تجويد القرآن دراسة منهجية وصفية، ترجم فيها الباحث لابن النقيب ترجمة وافية -حسب ما توفر لديه من مصادر الترجمة- ثم قام بدراسة الكتاب دراسة منهجية وصفية، حقق فيها: اسم الكتاب، ونسبته إلى مؤلفه، ثم بين منهجه في الكتاب، ومصادره، مع بيان القيمة العلمية للكتاب، ثم وصف النسخة الخطية للكتاب، ثم ختم بخاتمة بين فيها النتائج التالية: تنوع علوم ابن النقيب، وتخصصه في القراءات والتجويد واللغة، ومكانته العلمية. صحة عنوان الكتاب وتحقق نسبته لابن النقيب. تبين من خلال دراسة الكتاب العلاقة الوثيقة بين علم التجويد ومخارج الحروف وعلم الصوتيات، وأن الاتفاق بينهما كبير، إذ الأصل واحد. أن هذا الكتاب يحتوي على منظومة في التجويد بلغت مائة وأربعة وعشرين بيتا، وشرح لها متوسط، ليس بالطويل الممل، ولا بالقصير المخل. حسن ترتيب المؤلف لرسالته وتقسيمها، حيث قسمها على حروف المعجم، وجعل لكل حرف بابا، وذكر أحكام كل حرف على حدة. أن المؤلف اعتمد في كثير من المواضع على مصادر اللغة العربية، أكثر من اعتماده على كتب التجويد والقراءات. كثرة مصادر المؤلف في هذا الكتاب، حيث بلغت مصادره اثنين وثلاثين مصدرا. أهمية دراسة وإخراج كتب التجويد، وخاصة المتقدم منها. ثانيا: التوصيات: أوصي الباحثين في الدراسات القرآنية، والقراءات خاصة بالعناية بدراسة مؤلفات المتقدمين لعلم التجويد، وإخراجها، لما فيها من كنوز وبيان مناهج مؤلفيها، خاصة في هذا الزمن الذي كثرت فيه مؤلفات المتأخرين والمعاصرين.
This is research in the study of Ibn al-Naqib, and his book Bayan al-Tibyan fi Tajweed Al Qur’an, (Clarification on the Provisions of Quran Recitation) a systematic and descriptive study in which the Researcher translated a comprehensive translation for Ibn al-Naqib according to the translation sources available to him. Then, Researcher studied the book in a systematic and descriptive study, in which he investigated the name of the book and its attribution to its author. Researcher further explained his approach to the book and its sources, while explaining the scientific value of the book. Researcher described the written version of the book, then concluded with a conclusion in which he stated the following results: Ibn al-Naqib’s breadth of knowledge, his specialization in recitations, intonation, and language, and his academic standing. This book has been proven and its attribution to Ibn al-Naqib has been verified. In view of studying the book, the close relationship between the science of Tajweed, the articulations of letters, and phonetics is revealed, and the agreement between them is great, as the origin is the same. This book contains a system of intonation that reaches one hundred and twenty-four verses, and an average explanation of it, neither long and boring nor short and confusing. The author arranged his thesis well and divided it, as he divided same into the letters of the dictionary, made a chapter for each letter, and mentioned the rulings on each letter separately. The author relied in many places on Arabic language sources, more than on Tajweed books and readings. The author has many sources in this book, as its sources reached thirty-two sources. The importance of studying Tajweed books, especially the advanced ones, and publishing them. Second: Recommendations: I recommend that researchers in Qur’anic studies, and readings in particular, pay attention to study the works of the predecessors to the science of Tajweed, and publishing them, because of the treasures they contain and the clarification of the approaches of their authors, especially in this era in which the works of the late and contemporary scholars abound.
