المستخلص: استشعارا لأهمية إعداد الدعاة إلى الله؛ يأتي هذا البحث لإبراز مجالات إعداد الداعية من خلال وصية الإمام ابن قدامة رحمه الله. أهداف البحث: بيان أهمية إعداد الداعية والوصية ومكانتهما في الكتاب والسنة، وإبراز موضوعات الإعداد الإيماني، وركائز الإعداد الأخلاقي، وأصول الإعداد العلمي والعملي في ضوء وصية الإمام ابن قدامة رحمه الله. منهج البحث: ارتكز هذا البحث على منهجين من مناهج البحث العلمي وهما: المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي. وقد تم توظيف هذين المنهجين في استقراء وصية الإمام ابن قدامه رحمه الله، واستنباط كيفية إعداد الداعية من خلالها. نتائج البحث: أهمية المبادرة في الدعوة إلى الله، ككتابة هذه الوصية العظيمة تحقيقا للمسارعة في الخير، وخدمة للأمة الإسلامية، وأن الإعداد الإيماني للداعية من أولى الأولويات، وأهم المقومات في الدعوة إلى الله، وذلك من خلال ترسيخ العقيدة، وتزكية النفس بما يحقق صلاحها.

Keeping into account the importance of preparing “preachers” who call people to Allah the Almighty, this research will highlight the areas that are related to the preparation of “preachers” and that is through the advices which were given by Imam Ibn Qudamah. Research Objectives: The present research aims to elucidate the importance of preparing the preacher and the advice (wasiyah) as well as their position in the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Tradition (Sunnah). Also, it aims to highlight the subjects related to the preparation of a ‘preacher’ in terms of faith and morality and principles of scientific and practical preparation in the light of advice of Imam Ibn Qudamah. Research Methodology: This research relies upon two methods of the scientific research and they are: inductive method and deductive method. These two methods have been employed in order to go through the advice of Imam Ibn Qudamah and deduce the way that can be used to prepare a ‘preacher’. Research Outcomes: The research concluded that taking initiative in calling people to Allah the Almighty is of vital importance. The initiative includes writing of this great advice which will definitely motivate to do good things and serve the Muslim community. The research also concluded that the preparation of an ‘Islamic preacher’ in terms of faith (Eimaan) tops the list of priorities and constitutes the most important part of ‘dawah’ (calling to Allah the Almighty). This can be done through consolidating the faith and purifying the soul.
