|a من خلال هذه الدراسة نهدف إلى تحليل واقع الاستثمار السياحي في ولاية مستغانم وكذا إبراز أهم الفرص المتاحة والتحديات التي تواجه المستثمرين بالولاية إضافة إلى الدور الذي تلعبه الحوكمة في توفير مناخ ملائم للمستثمرين في المجال السياحي. حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري من خلال الدراسات السابقة والتقارير والكتب المتاحة إضافة إلى النصوص التشريعية الخاصة بالاستثمار السياحي من جهة أخرى، كما اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي من خلال فحص وتدقيق المعطيات تقارير مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية لولاية مستغانم وإبراز أهم فرص الاستثمار السياحي المتاحة في الولاية ختم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات التي تهدف إلى تعزيز فاعلية نظام الحوكمة، بهدف ضمان إيجاد مناخ جاذب للاستثمار من جهة، وضمان حقوق جميع المعنيين من جهة أخرى.
|b This study aims to analyze the state of tourism investment in the Wilaya of Mostaganem, as well as highlight the main opportunities available and the challenges facing investors in the region. Additionally, it examines the role that governance plays in providing a favorable climate for investors in the tourism sector. In the theoretical aspect of our study, we employed a descriptive approach, drawing on previous studies, available reports, books, and legislative texts related to tourism investment. In the practical aspect, we used an analytical approach by examining and scrutinizing the data from reports by the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts of the Wilaya of Mostaganem, and highlighting the key tourism investment opportunities available in the region. The research concludes with a set of recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the governance system, with the objective of ensuring an attractive investment climate on one hand, and safeguarding the rights of all stakeholders on the other.
