|a المؤسسة العسكرية في الجزائر لديها تاريخ عريق فهي الضامن لاستقلالية الدولة وأمنها السياسي والدولي كما أنه إضافة إلى ذلك أصبحت المؤسسة العسكرية لها دور في الاقتصاد الوطني حيث أصبحت تتدخل إلى جانب المؤسسات الاقتصادية في توفير المنتجات وتوفير الحاجيات ولذلك تم استحداث المؤسسات العمومية ذات الطابع الصناعي والتجاري التابعة للقطاع الاقتصادي للجيش وذلك لتحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية للدولة وتدخل هذه الكيانات الاقتصادية في الاقتصاد يجعلها تخضع لقانون المنافسة مثلها مثل بقية المتعاملين الاقتصاديين مع بعض الخصوصية.
|b The military institution in Algeria has a long history, as it is the guarantor of the states independence and political security, in addition to that, the military institutions has a role in the national economy, as it has become alongside economic institutions in providing products and providing livelihoods, therefore public institutions of an industrial and commercial nature affiliated with the sector were created, the economic system of the army, in order to achieve the economic goals of the state, operates these economic religions in the economy, making theme subject to competition law, just like the rest of the economic operators, with some privacy.
