المستخلص: يتناول البحث دراسة فقهية لجميع المسائل المتعلقة بترك طواف الإفاضة أو شيئا منه مع دراسة الآثار المترتبة على الترك بين المذاهب الأربعة، ويندرج تحت المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، والبحث يتكون من مبحثين: المبحث الأول: الآثار المترتبة على من ترك طواف الإفاضة، والمبحث الثاني: حكم طواف الإفاضة للحائض التي لم تستطع البقاء إلى الطهر. وهذا البحث يهدف إلى جمع المسائل المتعلقة بترك طواف الإفاضة، ودراسة المسائل المتعلقة بالحائض التي لم تطف طواف الإفاضة، ولم تبق إلى الطهر، ودراسة تلك المسائل دراسة فقهية مقارنة، ومعرفة الراجح فيها. ومن النتائج: اتفق الأئمة الأربعة على أن من ترك الطواف بعد عرفة، وخرج إلى بلده، فعليه أن يرجع محرما، واختلفوا فيمن ترك طواف الإفاضة وقد طاف -طواف نفل، أو للوداع -قبل رجوعه إلى بلده، على قولين، والراجح والله أعلم مذهب الجمهور أنه يقع عن طواف الإفاضة، وإن لم ينوه، واختلفوا في الحائض إذا طافت من غير عذر كفوات رفقة ونحوه، هل يجزؤها الطواف؟ على أقوال.

The research deals with a jurisprudential study of all issues related to leaving the corner of Hajj Tawaf al -Ifadah or something of it, with a study of the effects of leaving between the four schools of thought and falls under the inductive and analytical approach. The research consists of two sections: the first section: the effects of violating the corner of Hajj Tawaf Al -Ifadah, and the second topic: the rule of Tawaf Al -Ifadah for menstruating women who could not stay to purification. This research aims to collect issues related to the missed Tawaf al -Ifadah, and to study the issues related to menstruating women that could not Tawaf al -Ifadah, and did not remain to purification, and to study these issues in a comparative jurisprudence study, and to know the most correct of them. Among the results :does not get complete Hajj only by it, and the four imams agreed that whoever left Tawaf after Arafat, and went out to his country, he must return forbidden, and differed in who left Tawaf Al -Ifadah has floated - Tawaf Nafl ,or farewell - before returning to his country, on two sayings, and the most correct and God knows the doctrine of the public that it is located for Tawaf Al -Ifadah, although not noted, and they differ in the case of menstruating women ,if she circumambulates without an excuse ,such as the companions and the like , will circumambulation divide her? According to the sayings.
