المستخلص: إن من أهم مباحث علم أصول الفقه مبحث العلة، وقد يرد عليها من الاعتراضات والقوادح ما يكون سببا لإفسادها، وإبطالها، ونظرا لأهمية هذه القوادح وأثرها في رد الاستدلال بالقياس، ولما يتميز به أبو يعلى- رحمه الله -من مكانة علمية في المذهب الحنبلي، جاء هذا البحث بعنوان "قلب العلة وتطبيقاته في كتاب التعليقة لأبي يعلى- دراسة استقرائية تحليلية-"، والذي يهدف لبيان المراد بقلب العلة عند الأصوليين، وحكمه، وأثره على العلة، وأقسامه، وإيراد الأقيسة التي اعترض عليها القاضي بالقلب في كتابه التعليقة، وبيان الاعتراض ونوعه، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية هذا القادح، وأثره على الاستدلال بالعلة، وأنه نوع من أنواع المعارضة، وأظهرت الدراسة عناية أبي يعلى- بهذا النوع من القوادح، وأثره في رد أدلة المخالفين له.

One of the most important topics in the science of Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence is the concept of 'Illah.' Various objections and criticisms may be raised against it, which could lead to its corruption and nullification. Due to the significance of these criticisms and their impact on refuting analogical reasoning, and considering the scholarly status of Abu Ya`la - may God have mercy on him - within the Hanbali school of thought, this research paper titled "The Concept of 'Illah' and Its Applications in the Book "Al-Ta`liqah" by Abu Ya`la - An In-depth Analytical Study" has been conducted. The aim of this study is to clarify the intended meaning of (heart of the rationale) among legal scholars, its ruling, its impact on the rationale, its categories, and the introduction of the legal precedents objected to by the judge through (the commentary) in his book. The study also explains the objection and its type. The study concludes the importance of this type of objection and its impact on reasoning by rationale, highlighting it as a form of opposition. Furthermore, the study demonstrates Abu Ya'la's attention to this type of objections and its impact on refuting the evidence of those who disagree with him.
