|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة ومستوى المناعة النفسية، ومعرفة العلاقة بينهما لدى عينة من مريضات السرطان، وتحديد أثر متغير العمر بين مريضات السرطان في اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة، ولقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (202) مريضة من مريضات السرطان، تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (34- 55) عاما بمتوسط عمري (44,00) سنة، وانحراف معياري قدره (5,478)، وذلك باستخدام مقياس اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة (إعداد: الباحثة)، ومقياس المناعة النفسية (إعداد: الباحثة)، وأشارت النتائج إلى ارتفاع مستوى اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة وانخفاض مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى مريضات السرطان، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ودالة إحصائيا بين اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة (الدرجة الكلية، والأبعاد الفرعية للمقياس) والمناعة النفسية (الدرجة الكلية، والأبعاد الفرعية للمقياس)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين مريضات السرطان الأصغر سنا ومريضات السرطان الأكبر سنا في اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة (الدرجة الكلية، والأبعاد الفرعية للمقياس) في جانب الأصغر سنا.
|b The study aimed to identify the level of post-traumatic stress disorder and the level of psychological immunity, and to know the relationship between them in a sample of women with cancer, as well as to determine the effect of the age variable in women with cancer in post-traumatic stress disorder, and the study sample consisted of (202) women with cancer, whose ages ranged between (34-55) years, with an average age of (44,00) and a standard deviation (5,478), by using the post-traumatic stress disorder scale (prepared by: the researcher), and the psychological immunity scale (prepared by: the researcher), the results indicated a high level of PTSD and a low level of psychological immunity among women with cancer, a negative and statistically significant correlation between PTSD (the total score and the sub-dimensions) and psychological immunity (the total score and the sub-dimensions), and there were statistically significant differences between younger women with cancer and older women with cancer in post-traumatic stress disorder (the total score and the sub-dimensions) on the younger side.
