المستخلص: شاع مفهوم الأمن الفكري في الوقت الراهن وبات من الموضوعات التي توجهت إليها الدراسات العلمية والبحوث المتخصصة، وأدخل ضمن المقررات الدراسية في الدراسات الجامعية كمقرر مستقل أو ضمن المقررات التي تعني بالثقافة، بيد أن تطورات التقنية الحديثة أفرزت ما يسمى: العالم الافتراضي أو الواقع الافتراضي مما يوجب لفت النظر إليه وبحث صوره ودراسة تطبيقاته وآثاره في سياق قضية الأمن الفكري وصلتها بالهوية الذاتية، والانتماء، والولاء، والمواطنة. وقد جرى بحث هذا الموضوع في المحاور الآتية: أولا: معاني الأمن الفكري اللغوية وتطوراتها الدلالية والتعريفات الاصطلاحية لكل من الأمن والفكر وصولا لتعريف مختار للأمن الفكري. ثانيا: مقومات الأمن الفكري وقد ارتكزت على كل من: المرجعية الشرعية- الالتزام الأخلاقي والمسؤولية الاجتماعية- الأبجدية العربية- العقل ثالثا: تحديات الأمن الفكري (تحديات عامة وتحديات العالم الافتراضي)؛ أما التحديات العامة فتتمثل في التحديات المعرفية ومن أبرزها الجهل والتطرف والغلو، والتحديات الاجتماعية ومن أهمها: التفكك الأسري، والمخدرات والبطالة والفقر، وتحديات العالم الافتراضي الذي أحدثته وسائط الإعلام الحديثة وأنه شكل تحديا عصيبا على الأمن الفكري واتسم بسمات تهدد الأمن الفكري. رابعا: وسائل تعزيز الأمن الفكري وقد فصلت الحديث عن أبرز تلك الوسائل وهي: تفعيل دور الأسرة- تفعيل وظيفة المسجد- تفعيل دور المدرسة والجامعات- تعزيز مفهوم الانتماء والمواطنة- تفعيل دور الإعلام والتراث. أخيرا: خلص البحث إلى أن الأمن الفكري كامن في خطاب اللغة العربية بفصاحتها وأدبياتها وتراثها، دستورها القرآن الكريم ونبراسها سنة المصطفى الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم وتعاليمه الرشيدة، ويتحقق ذلك بربط الإنسان بالزمان والمكان وتحقيق فاعليته الإيجابية في أسرته ومجتمعه.

The concept of intellectual security is now common and has become one of the subjects for scientific studies and specialized research, and it is included in the academic courses in university studies as an independent course or within the courses concerned with culture. However, developments in modern technology have produced what is called virtual reality/world, which leads to the importance of discussing its forms, its applications, and effects in the context of the issue of intellectual security and its connection to self-identity, belonging, loyalty, and citizenship. This topic has been discussed in the following themes: First: the linguistic meanings of intellectual security, their semantic developments, and idiomatic definitions of each of security and thought, leading to a chosen definition of intellectual security. Second: Elements of Intellectual Security have been based on each of the following: The legal reference- moral commitment and social responsibility- the Arabic alphabet- the mind. Third: Intellectual security challenges (general challenges and challenges of the virtual world) , as for the general challenges, they are cognitive challenges, the most prominent of which are ignorance, extremism and extremism, and social challenges, the most important of which are: family disintegration, drugs, unemployment and poverty and the challenges of the virtual world created by modern media. It posed a difficult challenge to intellectual security and was characterized by features that threaten intellectual security. Fourth: means of enhancing intellectual security I have detailed the discussion on the most prominent of those means, namely: activating the role of the family activating the function of the mosque- activating the role of schools and universities enhancing the concept of belonging and citizenship- activating the role of media and heritage. Finally, the research concluded that intellectual security lies in the discourse of the Arabic language with its eloquence, literature, and heritage. Its constitution is the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) , and his rational teachings. This is achieved by connecting a person to time and place and achieving his positive effectiveness in his family and society.
