المستخلص: قد يغفل بعض الناس عن أهمية طاعة ولي الأمر، وأن في معصيته مفسدة للدنيا والآخرة؛ لذا جاء البحث؛ لفهم دلالة الأحاديث النبوية وأخذ رأي الشباب في هذا الموضوع لوضع المعالجة المناسبة والشرعية التي تتواءم مع المجتمع. يهدف البحث إلى بيان مفهوم القيم السياسية لطاعة ولي الأمر المضمنة بالحديث النبوي الشريف، وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. وستكون حدود البحث مقتصرة على أحاديث طاعة ولي الأمر واستطلاع آراء شباب المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية من خلال عينة عشوائية مسحية. التوصيات: تفعيل دور الشباب في المشاركة بشكل أفضل في التوعية بالقيم السياسية لطاعة ولي الأمر من خلال الخطط والبرامج عبر وزارة الشباب، والجامعات. وضرورة زيادة وسائل اطلاع الشباب على السنة النبوية ومصادرها للوقوف على تعاليمها السمحة. والمحافظة على الترابط الأسري القوي من أجل تعزيز قيم طاعة ولي الأمر. وتوسيع نطاق البحث ليشمل محافظات أخرى وحجم عينة أكبر وبحث أسباب الانحراف عن طاعة ولي الأمر.

Some people could fail to understand the value of obeying the legal guardian and how doing otherwise will ruin both this world and the hereafter. In order to implement the proper and legal treatment that is acceptable with society, the research came to understand the significance of the Prophet's hadiths and to solicit the opinions of youth on this subject. In this research, I followed a descriptive and analytical approach to try to explain the concept of the political values of obeying the legal guardian that are mentioned in the noble hadith of the Prophet. Indeed, my research will be restricted to the hadiths of obedience to legal guardian and a survey of the opinions of the youth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's eastern region using a random survey sample. Recommendations: Activate the role of youth in better participation in raising awareness of the Political values of obedience to legal guardian through plans and programs through the Ministry of Youth and universities. Increase the means of acquainting the youth with the Prophet’s Sunnah and its sources in order to find out about its tolerant teachings. Maintain strong family cohesion in order to promote the values of obedience to legal guardian. Expand the scope of the research to include other governorates and a larger sample size, and examine the reasons for deviation from obedience to legal guardian.
