|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تعليم ريادة الأعمال بالجامعات في ضوء التجربة الفنلندية من خلال التطرق إلى برنامج Team Academy كنموذج ناجح، ويعتبر من أنجح الممارسات التعليمية في المرحلة الجامعية التي تمكن من تعلم ريادة الأعمال من خلال العمل والتعلم بالممارسة متجاوزا الأساليب التعليمية القديمة، وهذا يدعم بيئة تعليمية ملهمة لتوليد وتطبيق معارف جديدة من خلال الحوار والتفاعل، والعمل ضمن الفريق بما يسهم في تحفيز الطلاب واكتشاف التحديات ومعالجة المشكلات وتنمية شخصيتهم، وخلق ثقافة ريادة أعمال إيجابية تدعم الابتكار، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أكاديمية الفريق يعتبر من المناهج الأكثر إبداعية لدعم إنشاء مؤسسات، فمن خلاله يقوم المتعلمون بإنشاء وإدارة أعمال حقيقية بما يمكن من توفير فرص العمل والقضاء على البطالة، وهذا ما يجعل منه أحد وأهم نماذج تعليم ريادة الأعمال انتشارا في العالم.
