|a يعد الحجاج من أهم النظريات الحديثة، الذي يرتكز على الوسائل والتقنيات والآليات التي يتبناها المتكلم للتغيير من معتقدات المتلقي، وإقناعه بالموضوع المراد الإيصال إليه، ونظرا لأهميته في الحقول المعرفية خصصنا البحث لدراسته وانتقينا له مدونة من التراث الكوردي، ألا وهي منظومة الفضيلة للشاعر الكوردي السيد عبد الرحيم المولوي التاوكوزي، وهي منظومة شعرية، مكتوبة باللغة العربية، في علم الكلام والعقيدة الإسلامية. تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث عن الفنون البديعية الواردة في المنظومة، والكشف عن البعد الإقناعي والتأثيري لتلك الفنون، وذلك بإبراز وظائفها الحجاجية داخل مدونة الفضيلة. وللوصول إلى الأهداف المرجوة من البحث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لأنه الأنسب لمثل هذه الدراسة، إذ تحاول الدراسة وصف الحجاج وآلياته البديعية ثم تطبيق هذه الآليات وتحليلها على المنظومة. وقد توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج من بينها: إن للفنون البديعية وظائف حجاجية كثيرة في منظومة الفضيلة، إذ كانت أداة زخرف بها الشاعر حججه، ووسيلة أثبت بها المعاني وأكدها، وبنية تطريزية أعطى بها منظومته اتساقا بين أجزائها، وآلة حقق بها إيقاعا موسيقيا رنانا قادرا على استمالة المتلقي، وكانت وسيلة لجذب انتباه القارئ إلى المنظومة وما فيها من الحجج والمعاني.
|b Argumentation can be considered as is one of the most important modern theories which are based on the tools, techniques and mechanisms used by the speaker to change the beliefs of the recipient and persuade him on a topic. Due to its importance in the fields of knowledge, we conducted the research on Al-Fadhila by the Kurdish prominent poet Sayyid Abdul Rahim al-Mawlawi al-Tawgozi, which is written in Arabic, on Islamic rhetoric and thought. The study seeks the rhetorical arts within the book, and the persuasive and influential dimensions of those arts; and that is by highlighting their argumentative functions. To achieve the research objectives, we followed the descriptive analytical method, as the most appropriate one for such a study. The study is an attempt to describe the argumentation and al-badie as a tool of argumentation, then apply them to Al-Fadhila. The research has several results, such as: in Al-Fadhila, al-badie has argumentative functions, as a tool to decorate author’s arguments, a tool to prove and confirmed meanings, an embroidered structure to give the book consistency between its parts, and a tool to achieve a resonant musical rhythm capable of attracting the reader to attract the reader's attention to the book, its arguments and meanings.
