|a الهدف من هذه الدراسة تقييم الفشل المالي داخل الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي ببشار خلال الفترة الزمنية 2017-2021 بالاعتماد على نموذج التمان للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي وكذا تحديد أبرز الأسباب التي أدت إلى ظاهرة الفشل من خلال تحليل مختلف النسب المالية المعتمدة في الصيغة الرياضية لهذا النموذج. وبناءا على تقييم قيم Zscore المتحصل عليها خلال سنوات الدراسة، وبعد تحليل النسب المالية المعتمدة في النموذج وصلت الدراسة أن هذه المؤسسة تعاني من فشل مالي جراء عدة أسباب من بينها هشاشة المركز ها المالي، عدم قدرة المؤسسة في تحقيق رفع التشغيلي، وكذا ضعف التدفق النقدي الذي يساهم في إنعاش الصحة المالية للمؤسسة.
|b This study evaluates the financial failure of the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation in Bechar (CRMA BECHAR) from 2017 to 2021 using the Altman model for predicting financial distress. It analyzes key financial ratios, including activity, profitability, financial leverage, and liquidity, to determine the reasons for the institution's failure. The findings indicate that CRMA BECHAR has experienced financial failure, as evidenced by Z-score values that consistently fell below the Altman model benchmarks during the study period. The analysis revealed factors contributing to this failure, such as a weak financial position, an inability to achieve operational leverage, and insufficient cash flows, which hindered potential improvements in the institution's financial health
