|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور أجهزة الاستخبارات الوطنية في تعزيز الأمن الصحي للدول من خلال دراسة حالة فيروس كورونا، انطلاقا من عدة عمليات نوعية قادتها بعض الأجهزة الاستخباراتية في ظل انتشار جائحة كورونا، أين أقحمت بعض الدول أجهزتها الاستخباراتية لاحتواء وإدارة الأزمة الصحية سعيا للحفاظ على الأمن الصحي للبلاد باعتباره أحد أبعاد الأمن القومي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى الدور الحيوي الذي تؤديه الاستخبارات في خضم الأزمات الصحية، والتي من شأنها الاعتماد عليها مستقبلا بعد تطويرها بما يتلاءم مع مستجدات العصر ومخاطره.
|b This study aims to highlight the role of national intelligence services in enhancing the health security of countries by studying the case of the Corona virus, based on several qualitative operations led by some intelligence services in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic, where some countries have invaded their intelligence services to contain and manage the health crisis in order to maintain the health security of the country as one of the dimensions of national security. The study concluded the vital role played by intelligence in the midst of health crises, which will be relied upon in the future after developing them in line with the developments and risks of the times.
