المستخلص: تميز المنهج الرباني بعدالته في التشريع على كل المقاييس الوضعية، ووضع قيما أخلاقية سامية فيها النور والخير لبني الإنسان، ولكن الشيطان يسعى لهدم مثل هذه القيم عبر مدعيي الإسلام، ففرقوا بين الناس على أساس العرق والأسرة خلافا للمنهج النبوي وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح المنهج النبوي الصحيح، في بيان مكانة القرابة من الأنبياء وذويهم في السنة النبوية، واتبع الباحث منهج التتبع والاستقراء ثم المنهج التحليلي، لبيان الحقيقة، وقد تناول البحث في المبحث الأول التعريفات الخاصة بالبحث، ثم بيان مكانة القرابة في السنة النبوية، وختم بالمبحث الثالث: الأحاديث الواردة في أقارب الأنبياء وذويهم وبيان مدلولاتها، وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج عديدة من أهمها: أن القرابة النسبية للأنبياء لا تنفع الإنسان مهما علت هذه القرابة، وتجلي العدالة الإلهية في هذه المساواة بحيث لا يتفاضل الناس إلا بالعمل الصالح والإيمان الصادق، وأن القرابة من الأنبياء لا تسرع بالإنسان إلى الجنة، والقرابة من الطغاة والجبارين لا تؤخر الصالح مهما كانت درجة طغيانه، وأن أقارب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يجري عليهم ما يجري على قرابات الأنبياء جميعا، كآدم وابنه قابيل، ونوح وابنه وزوجته ولوط وزوجته فهم متساوون مع بقية البشر.

The divine approach is characterized by its justice in legislation on all manmade standards. It sets sublime moral values which have virtue and goodness for human beings, but Satan seeks to destroy such values through the pretenders of Islam, who, unlike the Prophet's approach, discriminate between people on the basis of race and family. This study is aimed to clarify the correct prophetic approach, concerning the status of the prophets' relatives and their kinsfolk in the Prophet's Sunnah. The researcher uses the inductive method as well as the analytical approach in order to clarify the truth. The research has three sections. The first section is about the research definitions. The second section is about the status of kinship in the Prophet's Sunnah. The third section deals with the Hadiths about the relatives of the prophets and their kinsfolk, and clarifying their implications. The research arrives at several findings, among which are: first, the kinship of the prophets does not benefit the human being no matter how high this kinship is; second, divine justice is manifested in this equality so that there is no discrimination among people except by good work and sincere faith; third, to be a relative of a prophet does not rush man to heaven, and to be a relative of a tyrant does not delay the good man from entering the heaven, regardless of the degree of his tyranny. Fourth, the relatives of the Prophet, peace be upon him, have the same treatment as the relatives of all prophets, such as Adam and his son Cain, Noah and his son and wife, and Lot and his wife; and they are all equal to the rest of mankind.
