|a إن الاهتمام بالسياحة في مصر ووضعها موضع الاعتبار لتنمية الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية هو أساس قوي لبناء صرح مجتمع مصري جديد تسود فيه المشروعات السياحية على سواحل البحر الأحمر، ولذلك يهمنا أن نقدم هذا المجال لاستغلال الإمكانيات من البيئة والتكنولوجيا الخامات الحديثة لتطوير السياحة الساحلية في مصر. وكما أن مظاهر الطبيعة في مصر تتميز بقوتها وروعتها، وتمتلك مصر العديد من مقومات الجذب السياحي مثل الشواطئ الساحلية، لهذا يجب الاستفادة منها لأغراض التنمية والتعمير السياحي وخاصة القري السياحية كمنشآت الشواطئ الرائعة والرياضة والترويح. ومن الناحية الأخرى شهدت الفترة الأخيرة تطور كبير في نطاق الخامات الحديثة المستخدمة في التصميم الداخلي والأثاث وذلك ساعد المصمم الداخلي على سهولة استخدام خامات ملاءمة للبيئة الساحلية وتكون هذه الخامات مقاومه للعوامل الجوية للبيئة الساحلية. ونظراً لأن طبيعة الخامات تختلف عن بعضها في الأداء الوظيفي والشكلي وطرق استخدامها وذلك يؤثر على المصمم في بناء الشكل، كما تؤثر في قدراته الابتكارية، فكلما اتسعت معرفته بإمكانيات الخامة وطرق معالجتها أدى ذلك إلى وجود حلول على التصميم المناسب. ونظراً لأن الخامات مصدر لابتكار المصمم، فقد توحي ألوان الخامات وقيمة السطحية خواصها للمصمم بابتكارات عديدة في التصميم، وهذا يساعد على اكتشاف طرق معالجة جديدة للخامات لتواكب التصميم والمناخ المحاط بها. إن ظهور المواد المختلقة كيميائيا مثل اللدائن المعرفة باسم البوليمرات المخلقة ومنها الأيبوكسي والأكريليك، وهذه المواد حلت محل الكثير من الخامات الطبيعية مثل (الأخشاب، المعادن)، وساعد هذه الخامات على تطوير هائل في التصميم الداخلي. ونظراً لظروف العوامل الجوية الساحلية علي خامات المنشآت السياحية الساحلية وأثرها الضار عليها لذلك بجب على المصمم الداخلي استخدام خامات معالجة ومناسبة لهذه الظروف ويوجد الكثير من المعالجات مثل المعالجات العزل (الحراري، المائي، والرطوبة) ومنها العزل الحرارى للأسطح والجدران والأرضيات ومواد العزل الحراري (الألياف الزجاجية Fiberglass، الصوف المعدني Mineral Wool، السليلوز، فوم البولي بوريثين، لوح البولي ستيرين) أنواع مواد العزل المائي والرطوبة (العزل المائي الإيجابي، العزل المائي السالب) ويوجد دهانات خاصة للحديد دهانات معادن إليكترو ستاتيك ودهانات معالجة للأخشاب. وذلك يجب علي المصمم الداخلي دراسة البيئة من عوامل جوية والتربة ودراسة والخامات التي تلائم هذه البيئة.
|b Interest in tourism in Egypt and taking it into account for the development of economic and social life is a strong basis for building a new Egyptian society in which tourism projects prevail on the coast of the Red Sea. Therefore, it is important for us to present this field to exploit the possibilities of the environment, technology and modern raw materials for the development of coastal tourism in Egypt. Just as the natural manifestations in Egypt are distinguished by their strength and splendor, Egypt has many elements of tourist attraction, such as coastal beaches. Therefore, they must be utilized for the purposes of tourism development and reconstruction, especially tourist villages, such as wonderful beach facilities, sports, and recreation. On the other hand, the recent period has witnessed a great development in the range of modern materials used in interior design and furniture. This has helped the interior designer to easily use materials suitable for the coastal environment, and these materials are resistant to the weather factors of the coastal environment. Given that the nature of materials differs from each other in functional and formal performance and methods of use, this affects the designer in constructing the form, and also affects his ability to innovate. The more his knowledge expands of the capabilities of the material and methods of processing it, this leads to the existence of solutions for the appropriate design. Since materials are a source of creativity for the designer, the colors of the materials and their surface value and properties may suggest to the designer many innovations in design, and this helps to discover new methods of processing materials to keep pace with the design and the climate surrounding them. The emergence of chemically synthetic materials, such as plastics known as synthetic polymers, including epoxy and acrylic. These materials replaced many natural materials such as (woods, metals), and these materials helped in the tremendous development of interior design. Given the conditions of coastal weather factors on the raw materials of coastal tourist facilities and their harmful effect on them, the interior designer must use treated materials suitable for these conditions. There are many treatments such as insulation treatments (thermal, water and moisture), including thermal insulation for roofs, walls, floors and thermal insulation materials (fiberglass). (Mineral wool, cellulose, polyurethane foam, polystyrene board), types of water and humidity insulation materials (positive water insulation, negative water insulation). There are special paints for iron, electrostatic metal paints, and wood treatment paints. Therefore, the interior designer must study the environment, including weather factors and soil, and study the materials that are suitable for this environment.
