|a ويهدف هذا البحث إلى الإفادة من التأثيرات الجمالية لكل من ارتفاعات الوبرة (ذات مستويين للوبرة أو مستووين للوبرة مع وجود حفر) وبالإضافة إلى تكنولوجيا إنتاج الخيوط (خيط مفرد، خيط مؤنس) لتحقيق القيم الملمسية واللونية في تنفيذ وتصميم بعض مفروشات الأرضية برؤية معاصرة وبأعلى جودة وأقل وقت وتكلفة وذلك من خلال تحديد التأثيرات الجمالية للخيوط والتحكم في ضبطات الماكينة، وقد تم تصميم وتنفيذ عدد 6 تصميمات مختلفة بعدد 14 فكرة تصميمة ولونية مبتكرة من مفروشات الأرضية، وللتأكد من نجاح التصميمات المنفذة وقبولها من قبل المستهلك تمت مراجعة مبيعات المصنع علي مدار 6 اشهر قبل وبعد التنفيذ ثم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا، وقد أظهرت النتائج إلى تحسن نسبة المبيعات بشكل ملحوظ بعد تحسين التأثيرات الملمسية والجمالية للعينات المنفذة- من خلال التحكم في ارتفاع الوبرة وتطبيق الخيوط من خامات مختلفة- بالإضافة إلى انسجام توزيع الوحدات في التصميم، وقد تحقق مستوى الابتكار والإبداع المطلوب الذي لاقي قبول من قبل المستهلك وحقق الخواص الوظيفية المطلوبة لمفروشات الأرضية.
|b Even though weft knitting terry fabrics have advanced technologically, they are still made with traditional techniques. The desired design is printed on them, and they are mechanically prepared using heat cylinders to give them a raised and sunken effect. This means that, in addition to requiring more processing steps, the production of these fabrics is more expensive. Before being printed on, it is only manufactured in one color. Modern circular pile weft knitting machines, some of which have a jacquard mechanism installed, are used to make fur materials. Fur fabric differs from velour fabric in that it has longer loops and loops on the surface. By determining the aesthetic effects of threads and controlling the machine settings, this research aims to benefit from the aesthetic effects of both pile heights and the application of threads from different materials to achieve texture and color values in the implementation and design of some floor furnishings with a contemporary vision, the highest quality, the lowest time and cost. the creation and application of six distinct designs featuring fourteen creative concepts for floor furnishings in terms of color and design. The factory's sales were examined six months before to and following implementation in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the implemented designs and the consumer's approval of them. The data was then statistically processed. The findings demonstrated our considerable improvement in the sales rate. after improvement in addition to the harmonious arrangement of the units in the design, the tactile and aesthetic effects
