|a يناقش هذا البحث ظاهرة الاستنطاء في لهجة أهل الموصل، متتبعا تاريخها وامتدادها ومنزلتها بين اللغات السامية، ومبينا قدمها. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي المقارن. وتوصل إلى أن الاستنطاء ظاهرة لغوية قديمة تعود إلى زمن العرب العاربة، وهي لغة قحطانية تقابل ظاهرة الانطاء عند القبائل العدنانية، وأن هذه الظاهرة موجودة في لهجة أهل الموصل من القدم.
|b This research discusses the phenomenon of "istinta'a" in the dialect of the people of Mosul, tracing its history, expansion, and status among the Semitic languages indicating its antiquity. The research followed the descriptive analytical and the historical-comparative approaches. It concluded that "istinta'a" is an ancient linguistic phenomenon dating back to the time of the "Arab Areba" that it is a Qahtani language that corresponds to the phenomenon of "inta'a" among the Adnani tribes, and that this phenomenon has been present in the dialect of the people of Mosul since ancient times
