المستخلص: تكمن أهمية هذا البحث انطلاقا من أهمية موضوع ترسيخ السيادة اليمنية للمياه الإقليمية في البحر الأحمر والبحر العربي، وخصوصا في ظل هذه المرحلة المهمة التي تستدعي البحث والدراسة العلمية لأثر هذا الترسيخ ودوره في تحديد مسار خارطة دول البحر الأحمر. ويهدف البحث إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف، أهمها: بيان مفهوم السيادة وشروط تحقيقها، وتشخيص أهم الدلالات والأبعاد الأمنية والاستراتيجية لمعركة البحر الأحمر، وبيان مسار الخارطة الجديدة لدول البحر الأحمر، وتوضيح السيناريوهات المحتملة والمتوقعة الناجمة عن ذلك وإظهار دور اليمن وموقعه على المستويين الرسمي والشعبي في معركة البحر الأحمر ومساندة الشعب الفلسطيني. واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التاريخي القائم على التحليل والاستقراء، وتم تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: أن السيادة هي السلسلة العليا والمطلقة التي تنفرد بها الدولة وحدودها، وهي تفرض وجود دولة حرة مستقلة تمارس سلطتها على أرضها، ولها مجموعة من الشروط اللازمة لتحقيقها، وأن اليمن بذلك يمتلك دورا هاما في تحديد مسار الخارطة الجديدة لدول البحر الأحمر من خلال مواقفه التي تظهر على المستوى الرسمي والشعبي، نظرا لموقعه الاستراتيجي الهام، وإن الموقف اليمني السياسي والعسكري والشعبي انطلق من خلال مجموعة من المنطلقات والمبررات التي من أهمها الموقف الديني والأخلاقي والإنساني.

The importance of this research lies in the importance of the issue of consolidating Yemeni sovereignty over the territorial water in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea, especially in light of this important stage that requires a scientific study of the impact of this consolidation and its role in determining the path of the map of the Red Sea countries. The research aimed to achieve a number of objectives, the most important of which are clarifying the concept of sovereignty and the conditions for achieving it, diagnosing the most important security and strategic implications and dimensions of the Red Sea battle, indicating the path of the new map of the Red Sea countries, clarifying the possible and expected scenarios resulting from that, and showing the role of Yemen and its position at the official and popular levels in the Red Sea battle and supporting the Palestinian people. The researcher followed the historical descriptive approach based on analysis and induction. The research was divided into three sections and a conclusion. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are that sovereignty is the supreme and absolute chain that is unique to the state and its borders, and it imposes the existence of a free and independent state that exercises its authority on its territory and has a set of conditions necessary to achieve it; Yemen has an important role in determining the path of the new map of the Red Sea countries through the position that it has at the official and popular level, due to its important strategic location, and the Yemeni political, military and popular position was launched through a set of premises and justifications, the most important of which is the religious, moral and humanitarian position.
