|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور جائحة كورونا في تسريع الولوج إلى الاقتصاد الرقمي بالجزائر من خلال رقمنة القطاع الصحي بهدف التصدي إلى هذه الأخيرة وتحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية، ومن أجل الإلمام بكافة جوانب البحث ارتأينا استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتناسبه مع طبيعة الدراسة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن رقمنة الخدمات الصحية يساهم في خفض معدلات انتشار الوباء ويقرب الرعاية الصحية للمريض عوض التنقل للاستفادة منها، وإن استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في تقديم الخدمات الصحية، يعزز من جودتها ويعمل على تحقيق الرضى لدى العملاء بالإضافة إلى تنويع تشكيلة الخدمات المقدمة بشكل يسمح بتحقيق التنمية الشاملة.
|b This study aimed to highlight the role of the Corona pandemic in accelerating access to the digital economy in Algeria through the digitalization of the health sector with the aim of responding to the latter and achieving the quality of health services. of the research, we decided to use the descriptive analytical approach depending on the nature of the study. The study concluded that the digitalization of health services helps reduce epidemic spread rates and brings health care closer to the patient instead of benefiting from it, and that the use of information technology and of communication in the provision of health services improves their quality and works to achieve customer satisfaction in addition to diversifying the variety of services offered so as to allow development.
