|a تسعى معظم الدول والجامعات من خلال تصدير التعليم العالي إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف؛ منها مواجهة الطلب العالمي على الخدمات التعليمية التي تقدمها الدول، ومواكبة الحراك الطلابي المتزايد في الآونة الأخيرة، وتحقيق مكاسب اقتصادية كبيرة من خلال الحصول على دخل إضافي للجامعات من خلال تصدير خدماتها التعليمية المختلفة. ويستهدف البحث الحالي: الوصول إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتعزيز آليات تصدير التعليم العالي بجامعة عين شمس من خلال الاستفادة من خبرات جامعة ميونخ التقنية الألمانية وجامعة نيويورك الأمريكية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد البحث الحالي على منهجية بريداي في الدراسات التربوية المقارنة، وتوصلت لمجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة من أهمها ما يلي: إجراءات خاصة بآلية اجتذاب الطلاب الدوليين، وإجراءات خاصة بآلية عقد توأمة مع جامعات أخرى، إجراءات خاصة بآلية إنشاء فروع للجامعة في دول أخرى.
|b Most countries and universities seek through exporting higher education to achieve a set of goals; From These include meeting the global demand for educational services provided by countries, keeping up with the increasing student mobility in recent times, and achieving significant economic gains by obtaining additional income for universities by exporting their various educational services. The current research aims to: Reach a set of proposed measures to enhance the mechanisms of exporting higher education at Ain Shams University by utilizing the experiences of the German Technical University of Munich and the American New York University. To achieve this goal, the current research used the methodology of Briday in comparative educational studies, and came up with a set of proposed procedures, the most important of which are the following: Procedures for attracting international students, procedures for twinning with other universities, and procedures for establishing branches of the university in other countries.
