|a يتعلق هذا البحث بمتن (جمع الجوامع) للإمام تاج الدين السبكي (ت: ۷۷۱ هـ)، وشرحه للعلامة المحقق جلال الدين المحلي (ت: ٨٦٤ هـ)- رحمهما الله تعالى-، والبحث يتكون بعد المقدمات من أربعة مباحث، أولها: التعريف الموجز بأهم ما يتعلق بالشخصية العلمية والأصولية لكل من الإمامين المصنف السبكي والشارح المحلي، ثم التعريف بالكتابين بما يبين منزلتهما عند الأصوليين، وما صارا به حقيقين بالبحث والدراسة، واشتمل كذلك على تعريف التعقبات وما يراد بها. والمبحث الثاني: في تعقبات الشارح على المصنف في الترجيح. وأما المبحث الثالث فخصص لاستدراكات الشارح المحقق على تركيب بعض العبارات في المتن، وهي مؤاخذات لغوية في ستة مطالب، قد يترتب على بعضها ما يتغير به الحكم. ثم المبحث الرابع في التعقبات الخاصة فيما نسبه الشارح من السهو إلى المصنف. وفي آخر البحث خاتمة مشتملة على أهم النتائج والتوصيات، يتبين بها أن ما أورد على متن جمع الجوامع من التعقبات هو من قبيل ما لا يسلم منه البشر غير الأنبياء، كما أنه لا ينقص من قيمة المتن وتنقيحه وتحريره.
|b This study deals with the compile (Jam'a Aljawame'a) of the Imam Tajaldeen Al- Sabki (date: 771 Hij), and its interpretation by the scholar Jalalaldeen Almahali (date: 864 Hij), may Allah have a mercy upon them. The research consists of four sections; the first defines the scientific characters of the two scholars; Almusanif AlSabki and Alsharih Al-Mahali, and introducing the two books and their rank among fundamentalists. It also consists of the definition of pursues. The second section deals with pursues probably of Alsharih on Almusanif. The third section explorse the investigator Alsahrih on the structure of some statements in the compile. Some of these notes are on six linguistics considerations that based on which may change the judgments. The fourth section explores pursues that related to what Alsharih attributes it from Saho to Almusnaf. The study ends with a conclusion shows the most important results and recommendations. They show that what has been presented in the compile Jam'a Aljawame'a from the point of views of the fingerprints is something that no human can be avoided from except prophets, and it does not underestimate the value of the compile and its beauty.
