|a نضدت بحثي الموسوم بـــ "التطبيقات الأصولية والمقاصدية على أحاديث بـاب اللباس في كتاب "عمدة الأحكام من كلام خير الأنام"، للحافظ: للمقدسي (ت ٦٠٠ هـ)" والذي يهدف إلى إبراز القواعد الأصولية والمقاصدية على السنة النبوية، من خلال باب اللباس، في الكتاب المذكور سلفاً، وجاء هذا البحث بالإجابة على مشكلة الدراسة التي تتمثل في كيفية تطبيق القواعد الأصولية والمقاصدية بين الدليل واستنباط الحكم، وفي معرفة الأحكام الفقهية التي يمكن استنباطها من كتاب عمدة الأحكام، وبالتحديد في باب اللباس، وقسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث، تناولت فيه الأحاديث في باب اللباس مستنبطاً من النص الشريف، القواعد الأصولية، والمقاصدية، مقسمة بحسب الأحاديث، واشتملت على ذكر النصوص المعنية، وإظهار لما حوته من دقائق أصولية ذكرها شراح الحديث أو الاجتهاد في استنباط تطبيقات لم يذكروها، وسلكت في هذا البحث بالمنهج الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، والإجرائي، وختمت البحث بعدة نتائج أهمها: تبين لي تحريم الديباج وخاتم الذهب للرجال، وأوصي بإقامة ندوات تربط التطبيقات الأصولية بالنوازل الفقهية.
|b I have compiled my research titled "Fundamental and Maqasidic Applications on the Hadiths of the Clothing Chapter in the Book 'Umdat al-Ahkam min Kalam Khayr al-Anam' by Al-Hafiz Al- Maqdisi (d. 600 AH)," which aims to highlight the fundamental and Maqasidic principles in the Prophetic Sunnah through the clothing chapter in the aforementioned book. This research addresses the study problem of how to apply fundamental and Maqasidic principles between evidence and derivation of rulings. It also seeks to understand the jurisprudential rulings that can be derived from the book 'Umdat al-Ahkam,' specifically in the clothing chapter. I divided the research into an introduction and Three sections, where I discussed the hadiths in the clothing chapter, deriving from the noble text the fundamental and Maqasidic principles, categorized according to the hadiths. The sections included the relevant texts, showcasing the intricate fundamental points mentioned by the hadith commentators or endeavoring to derive applications they did not mention. I followed an inductive, analytical, and procedural methodology in this research. I concluded the research with several findings, the most important being the prohibition of silk and gold rings for men. I recommend holding seminars that connect fundamental applications with contemporary jurisprudential issues.
