|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار فقه واجتهاد الشيخ أحمد بن حمد الخليلي في باب الوقف من الفقه الإسلامي، وذلك من خلال تبيين ضوابط كل ركن من أركان الوقف، وتجلية ضوابط النظارة على الوقف، وتوضيح ضوابط جريان العقود على الوقف. وتكمن أهمية البحث في تعلقه بالوقف الذي هو أحد أهم أعمدة الاقتصاد في الإسلام، إلى جانب الضوابط الفقهية المعينة على إدراك المسائل وضبطها، كما أن مرجعية رسائل وفتاوى الشيخ الخليلي في أمور الوقف، لكونها المعتمدة في العمل. ومن أهم نتائج البحث التأكيد على اهتمام الشيخ الخليلي بالضوابط الفقهية، وانسجام فتاوى الوقف عموما في ضوابط معينة منضبطة.
|b This research aims to show the jurisprudence and diligence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al-Khalili in the endowment section of Islamic jurisprudence, by showing the controls of each corner of the endowment, and the manifestation of the controls of the endowment on the endowment, and clarifying the controls of the flow of contracts on the endowment. The importance of the research lies in its relation to the endowment, which is one of the most important pillars of the economy in Islam, in addition to the jurisprudential controls assigned to the perception and control of issues, and the reference of the letters and fatwas of Sheikh Al-Khalili in matters of endowment, because they are approved in the work. One of the most important results of the research is to emphasize Sheikh Al-Khalili's interest in jurisprudential controls, and the harmony of endowment fatwas in general in certain disciplined controls.
