المستخلص: تظهر أهمية بحث "التقبات الجوية وأثرها في أحكام العبادات" الطهارة، والصلاة، والزكاة" نموذجا، في بيان كمال الشريعة الإسلامية وتشريعها الأحكام ما يتوافق مع طبيعة الإنسان، ودفع الضرر عنه، وذلك لصلاحيتها في التطبيق في كل زمان ومكان؛ لأن التقلبات الجوية وما يتبعها من ارتفاع في درجات الحرارة، أو انخفاضها، وكذلك شدة الرياح، ونزول المطر، والثلج، والبرد، ونظرا لسلوك الإنسان أثر واضح فيها؛ نظرا لبعض تصرفاته التي تضر بالبيئة، منها حرق الفحم، والوقود في السيارات والمصانع، وما نتج عنها من غازات، وانبعاثات تؤثر في البيئة التي يعيش فيها، وكل ذلك له تأثير واضح على حياة الإنسان ونشاطه، وشريعتنا الغراء راعيت هذه الظروف وشرعت لها من الإحكام ما يلائمها حتى لا يقع الحرج على أحد من المكلفين عند أداء العبادات؛ والبحث يلقي الضوء على هذه الأحكام ليبين حرص الشريعة الإسلامية وتشريعها الأحكام التي تناسب الإنسان وترفع عنه الضيق والحرج، وقسمت البحث إلى أربعة مباحث، المبحث الأول: أثر التقلبات الجوية على أحكام الطهارة، المبحث الثاني: أثر التقلبات الجوية على أحكام الصلاة، المبحث الثالث: الصلوات المشروعة عند حدوث تغيرات جوية، المبحث الثالث: أثر التقلبات الجوية في أحكام الزكاة، وختمت البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها خلال البحث.

The importance of researching “atmospheric fluctuations and their impact on the rulings on acts of worship” such as purity, prayer, and zakat, as an example, appears in explaining the perfection of Islamic law and its enactment of rulings in accordance with human nature and preventing harm from him, due to its suitability for application in every time and place, because weather fluctuations and the consequences of High or low temperatures Likewise, the intensity of winds, rain, snow, and hail has a clear impact on human life. In view of some human actions that harm the environment, including burning coal and fuel in cars and factories, and the resulting gases and emissions that affect the environment in which one lives, all of which has a clear impact on human life and activity, and our noble Sharia has taken these circumstances into account and legislated for them with strictness. What is appropriate for it so that no embarrassment falls on any of the accountable people when performing acts of worship; Research sheds light On these rulings to clarify the keenness of Islamic law and its legislation, the rulings that suit the human being and relieve him of distress and embarrassment. I divided the research into four sections. The first section: The effect of fluctuations Weather conditions on the rulings on purity, the second section: The effect of weather fluctuations on the rulings on prayer, the third section: Legitimate prayers when weather changes occur, the fourth section: The effect of weather fluctuations on the rulings on zakat, and I concluded the research with a conclusion that included the most important results I reached during the research.
