|a حقق الباحث في هذه الورقات رسالة «الجدل» لأحد أعلام المذهب الشافعي، وهو فخر الدين النوقاني، أبو عبد الله محمد بن أبي على بن أبي نصر بن أبي سعيد [ت: 592 ه]. وقد صنف النوقاني هذا الرسالة بقصد التمثيل لجملة من مسائل علم الجدل، فشرع بذكر مثال بين من خلاله جملة الأسئلة الواردة على القياس، ثم عرض إلى التعريف بالقياس وبيان شروطه وذكر بعض ما يتفرع عنها من مسائل الجدل، ثم تناول في آخر الرسالة بعض الاستدلالات المعنوية والنقلية مبينا مسالك الاعتراض فيها. وقد حفظت هذه الرسالة النوقاني في «الجدل» بدولة تركيا، في مكتبة راغب باشا، ضمن مجموع، برقم: (1455). وجاءت تقاسيم هذا البحث على النحو الآتي: القسم الأول: القسم الدراسي، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: ترجمة المصنف. المطلب الثاني: التعريف بالكتاب. المطلب الثالث: وصف المخطوط ونسبته إلى المصنف. القسم الثاني: القسم التحقيقي.
|b The researcher examined in these papers the book of controversy: by one of the main scholars of the Shafie's juristic school of thought, namely, Fakhr Eddin Al-Nokany Abi Abd Allah Mohammed ibn Abi Ali ibn Abi Nasr ibn Abi Saeed, died 592 A.H. Al-Nokany compiled this treatise with the intention of representing a number of issues in the science of dialectics. He began by citing an example through which he explained the set of questions that arise regarding analogy. Then he presented the definition of analogy and explained its conditions and mentioned some of the issues of dialectics that branch out from it. Then, at the end of the treatise, he dealt with some of the evidence, indicating methods. Objection to it. The manuscript of the book of controversy was kept in Turkey, Ragheb Basha's library, included in a group numbered (1455). The sections of this research are as follows: The first section: the academic study which has three issues. The first issue: the biography of the author. The second issue: giving information about the book. The third issue: describing the manuscript and examining itsbattribution to the author. The second section: the examination study.
