المستخلص: تكلم البحث عن تعريف التخدير والحد وذكر أنواع الحدود التي يمكن أن يشملها التخدير أو جزء منها حسب ما هو مذكور في البحث وقد تطرقت فيه إلى حكم مشروعية التخدير الجراحي وأنواعه من حيث الضرورة والحاجة وعدمها ومن ثم ذكر أنواع الحدود الممكن تخدير الجاني فيها من عدمه وذكرت بيان هذه المشروعية حيث إنه يستلزم الحديث عن الحاجة الداعية إلى التخدير الجراحي، ثم بيان اعتبار الشريعة الإسلامية لها، ونصوص أهل العلم -رحمهم الله -التي تدل على جواز تخدير المريض عند وجود تلك الحاجة الداعية إلى ذلك وقياس التخدير في الحدود عليها، مع ذكر الخلاف إذا احتيج إليه دون إطناب وإسهاب وحشو لا فائدة من ذكره، وقد جاء هذا البحث لبيان إمكانية استعمال التخدير عند استيفاء الحد من عدمه وقد عنيت في بحثي المتواضع هذا عزو الآيات والأقوال إلى أصحابها، وتخريج الأحاديث والآثار، مع ذكر المنهج الذي سرت عليه قدر وسعى في جمع المادة العلمية، ثم تحولت إلى المنهج التحليلي التفصيلي في شرح وبيان جزئيات البحث.

The research talked about the definition of anesthesia and punishment and mentioned the types of punishments that may be included in anesthesia or part of it, according to what was mentioned in the research. In it, I addressed the ruling on the legality of surgical anesthesia and its types in terms of necessity, need and lack thereof, and then mentioned the types of punishments in which the offender may be anesthetized or not, and I mentioned a statement. This legitimacy, as it requires talking about the need for surgical anesthesia, then explaining how Islamic law considers it, and the texts of scholars- may God have mercy on them- Which indicates that it is permissible to anesthetize the patient when there is such a need that calls for it, and to measure anesthesia within the limits set thereon, while mentioning the disagreement if it is needed without redundancy, elaboration, and useless tautology. This research came to clarify the possibility of using anesthesia when the limit is met or not, and I was concerned with This is my humble research: attributing the verses and sayings to their authors, and compiling the hadiths and traces, while mentioning the method that I followed as much as I endeavored to collect the scientific material. Then I turned to the detailed analytical method in explaining and clarifying the details of the research.
