|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع الشراكات الطلابية في برامج الدراسات العليا بالجامعات السعودية، والتحديات التي تواجهها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلبة الدراسات العليا، وتكونت العينة من (15) عضو هيئة تدريس، و(15) طالب ببرامج الدراسات من ثلاث جامعات سعودية (جامعة طيبة، وجامعة الحدود الشمالية، وجامعة الأميرة نورة)، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج النوعي من خلال المقابلة الشخصية وجمع المعلومات، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مفهوم الشراكات الطلابية غير متعارف عليه بالجامعات السعودية، وأن واقع الشراكات الطلابية منخفض في مجالات التعليم والتعلم والتقييم، والشراكة في المشاريع البحثية، والشراكة في الدورات التدريبية، والشراكة في تصميم المناهج الدراسية، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة مجموعة من التحديات تمثلت في العوامل الاقتصادية والسياسية للجامعة، والتخلي عن المسؤولية للطالب وعضو هيئة التدريس، وقلة شغف الطالب وعضو هيئة التدريس، ومعتقدات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول قدرات الطالب، وندرة انتشار مفهوم الشراكة الطلابية، وعدم الوعي بفوائد الشراكة الطلابية، وسماع آراء الطلبة دون الأخذ بها في تصميم المناهج والمشاريع البحثية والدورات التدريبية، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة التوسع في نشر ثقافة الشراكات ومفهومها في برامج الدراسات العليا بالجامعات السعودية والتغلب على التحديات التي تواجهها لما للشراكات الطلابية من فوائد تعود على الطالب وعضو هيئة التدريس وجودة التعليم، والتنمية المستدامة للمؤسسات الجامعية.
|b The current study aimed to reveal the reality of student partnerships in graduate programs in Saudi universities, and the challenges they face from the point of view of faculty members and graduate students. The sample consisted of (15) faculty members and (15) students in studies programs from three Saudi universities (Taibah University, Northern Border University, and Princess Noura University). The researcher followed the qualitative approach through personal interviews and collecting information. The results of the study showed that the reality of student partnerships in Saudi universities is low in the areas of teaching, learning, evaluation, partnership in research projects, training courses, and curriculum design. The results of the study also showed a set of challenges represented by the economic and political factors of the university, the abandonment of responsibility to the student and faculty member, the lack of passion of the student and faculty member, the beliefs of the faculty members about the student's abilities, the scarcity of spread of the concept of student partnership, lack of awareness of the benefits of student partnership, and hearing Students' opinions without taking them into account in designing curricula, research projects, and training courses. The study recommends the need to expand the dissemination of the culture of partnerships and its concept in graduate programs in Saudi universities and to overcome the challenges facing them because student partnerships have benefits for the student and faculty member, the quality of education, and the sustainable development of university institutions.
