|a من الموضوعات التي جدت على الساحة والتي صدرها لنا المجتمع الغربي دمي الريبورن، فقد وجد في عصرنا تقنيات عالية لصناعة الدمي من حيث المادة التي تصنع منها مما يجعلها في الملمس والليونة كأجساد الأحياء، وذودوها بأصوات وأجهزة تساعدها على الحركة، حيث تم استخدامها في أغراض بعيدة عن كونها دمي للأطفال كاستخدامها في المتع الجنسية، واقتنائها كبديل للأطفال، وعلاج لحالات الاكتئاب والسحر، وقد نتج عن اقتنائها مشاكل في المجتمع كتركها في السيارات فيعتقد المارة بأنها طفل حقيقي فيسارعون إلى إتلاف الملكيات لإنقاذها ثم يتضح الأمر أنها دمية، لذا استعنت بالله وتناولت هذا الموضوع واتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي، والاستدلالي والاستنباطي، وذكرت المسائل مقرونة بأدلتها للوصول إلى الرأي الراجح في المسألة. ومن نتائج البحث: أن صناعة دمي الريبورن حرام شرعا، لأنها تضاهي خلق الله. استخدام دمي الريبورن للمتعة الجنسية حرام شرعا.
