|a هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية لدورهم في تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لمواجهة جائحة كورونا داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر الإداريين وممرضي المدارس. وتكون أفراد الدراسة من (224) إداريا وممرضًا. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي حيث تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (30) فقرة، وقد تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية لدورهم في تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لمواجهة جائحة كورونا داخل الخط الأخضر جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة على مجالات أداة الدراسة والأداة ككل تُعزى لمتغيري الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة.
|b This study aimed at investigating the degree of secondary school principals practicing their role in activating the community partnership to confront the Corona pandemic within the Greenline from school administrators and nurses’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (224) Administrators and Nurses. The descriptive survey methodology was used, the study questionnaire consisted of (30) items, its validity and reliability were confirmed. The study results showed that the degree of secondary school principals practicing their role in activating the community partnership to confronting the Corona pandemic within the Greenline came with large degree, and there was no statistically significant differences in all study questionnaire dimensions and as a whole due to gender, years of experience.
