المستخلص: تناولت في هذا البحث منهجية المحدثين في التصنيف في "أحاديث الأحكام". من خلال أربعة فصول وتتمة، ويسبق هذه الفصول مقدمة، وتمهيد تناولت فيه باختصار: (أ) مفردات العنوان تعريف وتوضيح. (ب) تاريخ التصنيف في أحاديث الأحكام. (ت) العلاقة بين تصنيف المحدثين وتصنيف الفقهاء في الأحكام، أما الفصل الأول: وعنوانه: "عناية الأئمة الأربعة بالسنة النبوية، ففيه أربعة مباحث: تناولت فيها المدارس الفقهية الأربعة المشهورة عند أهل السنة، وذلك من خلال جهود مؤسسيها في هذا الباب، فتكلمت عن عناية الإمام أبي حنيفة (ت ١٥٠ه) بالسنة. ثم دور الإمام مالك (ت ١٧٩ه) في خدمة الحديث، ثم أثر الإمامين الشافعي (ت ٢٠٤ه) وأحمد (ت ٢٤١ه) في خدمة السنة، كل في مبحث مستقل، وأما الفصل الثاني: وعنوانه "كتب السنن" وعنايتها بأحاديث الأحكام، ففيه عدة مباحث: تكلمت فيها عن المصنفات في القرن الثالث، ثم الرابع الهجريين وأهم نتاج الأئمة المتعلق بأحاديث الأحكام، وأما الفصل الثالث: وعنوانه "أثر الإمام البيهقي المتوفى سنة ٤٥٨ه في التصنيف في أحاديث الأحكام. وفيه مباحث. تناولت فيها كتابيه "السنن الصغير" و"الكبير" وعلاقتهما بأحاديث الأحكام. وآثاره الحديثية الأخرى غير السنن وهي كثيرة، وأما الفصل الرابع: وعنوانه "المصنفات الجوامع في أحاديث الأحكام، ففيه مباحث: خصصتها لهؤلاء الأئمة الأربعة، الإمام عبد الحق الإشبيلي المتوفى سنة ٥٨١ه وأحكامه الثلاثة (الكبرى، والوسطى، والصغرى). والإمام عبد الغني المقدسي المتوفى سنة ٦٠٠ه وكتابه "عمدة الأحكام". والإمام ابن تيمية الجد المتوفى سنة ٦٥٢ه وكتابه "منتقى الأخبار". والحافظ الكبير ابن حجر العسقلاني المتوفى سنة ٨٥٢ه وكتابه "بلوغ المرام". أتناول هذه الكتب الأربعة من حيث: التعريف المختصر بمؤلفيها، وبيان مناهجهم فيها، وأهمية هذه الكتب الأربعة تحديدا من بين المصنفات في أحاديث الأحكام. مستطردا إلى الحديث عن أهم شروحات كل كتاب منها، ثم ختمت الدراسة بتتمة مهمة خصصتها للحديث عن أهم جهود المعاصرين في التصنيف في فقه السنة النبوية؛ وذلك من خلال عرض موجز مركز لبعض المؤلفات التي خدمت الفقه الإسلامي بلغة عصرية من خلال الاعتماد على الحديث الشريف، ثم الخاتمة، وقد ضمنتها أهم ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج وتوصيات.

In this research, I dealt with the methodology of the hadith scholars in the classification in "Hadith al-Ahkam". Through four chapters and a sequel, and these chapters are preceded by an introduction, and a preface in which I briefly dealt with: (a) The title vocabulary, definition and clarification. (B) The history of classification in the hadiths of rulings. (c) The relationship between the classification of hadith scholars and the classification of jurists in rulings, As for the first chapter: its title: "The care of the four imams in the Sunnah of the Prophet," it contains four topics: it dealt with the four schools of jurisprudence that are well-known among the Sunnis, through the efforts of their founders in this section, so I talked about the care of Imam Abi Hanifa (d. 150 AH) in the Sunnah. Then the role of Imam Malik (d. 179 AH) in the service of hadith, then the influence of the two imams al- Shafi'i (d. 204 AH) and Ahmad (d. 241 AH) in the service of the Sunnah, each in a separate topic. In it about the works in the third century, then the fourth Hijri, and the most important output of the imams related to the hadiths of rulings, As for the third chapter: Its title is "The impact of Imam Al- Bayhaqi, who died in the year 458 AH, in the classification of the hadiths of rulings. It contains investigations. It deals with his books "Al-Sunan Al-Saghir" and "Al-Kabir" and their relationship to the hadiths of rulings. Comprehensive works on the hadiths of rulings, in which there are investigations: I devoted them to these four imams, Imam Abd al-Haqq al-Ishbili, who died in the year 581 AH, and his three rulings (the major, the middle, and the minor). And Imam Abd al-Ghani al-Maqdisi, who died in the year 600 AH, and his book "Umdat al-Ahkam." Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, the grandfather who died in the year 652 AH, and his book Muntaqa al-Akhbar. And the great hafiz Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani, who died in the year 852 AH, and his book "Buloogh al-Maram." I deal with these four books in terms of: a brief definition of their authors, an explanation of their methods in them, and the importance of these four books specifically among the works on hadiths of rulings. Continuing to talk about the most important explanations of each book, then the study concluded with an important sequel that I devoted to talking about the most important efforts of contemporaries in the classification in the jurisprudence of the Sunnah of the Prophet; This is done through a brief and focused presentation of some of the literature that served Islamic jurisprudence in a modern language by relying on the noble hadith, then the conclusion, which included the most important .results and recommendations of the research.
