|a هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي ومهارات حل المشكلات لدى الطالبات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الثانوية بإدارة تعليم صبيا، وكذلك تعرف تأثير متغير الصف الدراسي في استجابات الطالبات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الثانوية حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي ومهارات حل المشكلات لديهن، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، فيما تمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانتين لجمع المعلومات حول ذلك الدور في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي، ومهارات حل المشكلات، فيما تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (٢٥٣) طالبة من الصفوف الثلاثة بالمرحلة الثانوية، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي وحل المشكلات لدى الطالبات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الثانوية جاء بمستوى متوسط، كما أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α = 0.05) بين متوسطات درجات استجابات عينة البحث حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي ومهارات حل المشكلات لديهن تعزى لمتغير الصف الدراسي، وفي ضوء ذلك يوصى بتنظيم دورات وورش عمل وندوات تدريبية للطالبات الموهوبات في مجالات البحث العلمي وحل المشكلات.
|b The research aimed to reveal the role of school administration in developing scientific research skills and problem-solving skills among gifted female students in the secondary stage in the Sabya Education Directorate, as well as identifying the effect of the school grade variable on the responses of gifted female students in the secondary stage regarding the role of school administration in developing scientific research skills and solving skills. The problems they have, and the research followed the descriptive survey method, while the research tools consisted of two questionnaires to collect information about that role in developing scientific research skills and problem-solving skills, while a random sample of (253) female students was selected from the three grades of the secondary stage, and the results of the research resulted in: The role of school administration in developing scientific research and problem-solving skills among gifted female students in the secondary stage was at an average level. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the average scores of the research sample’s responses regarding the role of school administration in developing skills. Their scientific research and problem-solving skills are attributed to the academic grade level. In light of this, it is recommended to organize training courses, workshops, and seminars for gifted female students in the fields of scientific research and problem solving.
