Societies are going through many changes. With a rapidly changing world, the knowledge revolution constitutes the ideal tool for predicting future needs and moving forward during societies. Hence, artificial intelligence has become a strategic force for many governments around the world, especially in the field of finance, technology, and work. Artificial intelligence has become It is one of the most important future challenges, and with the development of the Internet and digital infrastructure in Egypt, it has become necessary to benefit from these technologies. The study aims to shed light on identifying the extent of the impact of artificial intelligence on jobs and the labour market in Egypt and its role in achieving sustainable development goals, in which individuals must work to develop their personal skills to keep pace with the rapid changes in the form of labour market requirements. To avoid future unemployment crises resulting from the skills gap in the labour market, So, the study are presented the most important results below: Results: 1-Artificial intelligence achieves many advantages that may not be available by not relying on its various techniques, which are represented by a lower error rate compared to the human error rate, in addition to the time factor required to perform the task, which decreases significantly when relying on artificial intelligence. 2- gypt advanced in the general index to become 62nd globally out of 193 countries in 2023, compared to its 65th rank in 2022, which indicates the Egyptian state’s interest in improving its global ranking based on the efforts made by the government to achieve progress in artificial intelligence. 3- Egypt advanced in the general index to 52.69 in 2023, compared to 49.19 in 2020, an increase of 3.5 points over the past four years. This progress may be due to the state's interest in the governance pillar in first place, followed by infrastructure development, and finally enhancing the use of information technology, and communications. 4-The Egyptian labor market suffers from a gap between supply and demand as a result of the incompatibility between the outputs of the current education system, in terms of the skills of existing graduates and the requirements of the future labor market, which negatively affects the unemployment rate.
