|a استهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف علي مفهوم المكتبات الشخصية ودوافع تكوينها وعلى واقع مجموعات مكتبة الملك فاروق بجامعة سوهاج، واعتمدت الدراسة علي منهج دراسة الحالة حيث انه المنهج المناسب مع هذه الدراسة حيث يعتمد علي دراسة الظاهرة كما توجد في الواقع ووصفها وتحليلها بصورة دقيقة، والوقوف على أبرز النتائج، والتي كان من أهمها عدم تخصيص مكان مناسب لهذه المجموعات بما فيها من نوادر ذات قيمة علمية وتاريخية، ومعاناة هذه المجموعات من الإهمال حيث تفتقد هذه المجموعات لأية عمليات فنية، حيث بلغ عدد مجموعة مكتبة الملك فاروق أو "مكتبة القبة" بجامعة سوهاج (5209) وعاء معلومات، وكذلك نقص الميزانية، وقلة الكوادر البشرية المدربة وضيق المكان، ونقص الخدمات كانت من أهم المعوقات التي تحد من الإفادة من مجموعات مكتبة الملك فاروق بجامعة سوهاج. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة جمع شتات مكتبة الملك فاروق (أسيوط- سوهاج- قنا) وإعداد قائمة ببليوجرافية لها ورقمنتها، والقيام بجميع العمليات الفنية لمجموعات مكتبة الملك فاروق وتقديم خدماتها الجمهور المستفيدين، مع توفير ميزانية مناسبة وكافية المقتنيات مكتبه الملك فاروق للعمل علي ترميمها، وتعيين الكوادر البشرية المؤهليين مهنيا وفنيا، والعمل علي رقمنة مجموعات مكتبة الملك فاروق بجامعة سوهاج.
|b The study was aimed at familiarizing themselves with the concept of personal libraries and the motives for their formation and the reality of the collections of King Farouk Library at Sohag University. The study was based on the case study method as it is the appropriate approach to this study. It relies on studying the phenomenon as it exists in fact and accurately describing and analyzing it. The most prominent findings were that no appropriate place was allocated to these collections, including Ane peculiarities of scientific and historical value. These collections suffer from neglect, as these collections lack any artistic processes King Farouk or "Dome Library" at Sohag University (5209) Information pot, as well as lack of budget, lack of trained human personnel and limited space, and lack of services were among the most important constraints limiting access to the collections of King Farouk Library at Sohag University. The study recommended that the collection of the King Farooq Library (Assiut and Sohag Qena) should be compiled, a bibliographic list compiled and digitized, that all technical operations should be carried out for the collections of the King Farooq Library and that it should provide services to the general public.
