المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان جانب من جهود علماء الأندلس ومنهم أبو الوليد الوقشي في إعراب الحديث النبوي وتأويل مشكله، وذلك بجمع ودراسة مواضع النقد النحوي في كتابه (التعليق على الموطأ في تفسير لغاته، وغوامض إعرابه ومعانيه) بما يوضح أوجه النقد ومجالاته، والأصول التي استند إليها، ومعايير القبول والرد عنده. وقد جاء البحث بعد المقدمة في مسائل، يسبقها تمهيد، وتعقبها خاتمة. أما المقدمة: ففيها حديث عن موطأ الإمام مالك، وعناية العلماء به في الجانب اللغوي، ومنهم أبو الوليد الوقشي في كتابه (التعليق على الموطأ)، وأهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته. والتمهيد: فيه تعريف مختصر بأبي الوليد الوقشي، والنقد النحوي بين اللغة والاصطلاح، وجوانب النقد النحوي في الكتاب، وألفاظه، والأصول التي استند إليها الوقشي. ومسائل الدراسة، وجاءت في ثمانية وعشرين مسألة. ثم الخاتمة: وفيها أهم نتائج البحث.

The research aims to explain some of the efforts of Andalusian scholars, including Abu al-Walid al-Waqshi, in parsing the Prophet’s hadith and interpreting its problem, by collecting and studying the points of grammatical criticism in his book (Commentary on al-Muwatta fi Tafsir al-Lughāt, and the Mysteries of its Parsing and Meanings) in a way that clarifies the aspects and areas of criticism, and The origins on which it was based And his criteria for acceptance and response. The research came- after the introduction- on issues, preceded by a preface and followed by a conclusion. As for the introduction: it contains a talk about Imam Malik’s Muwatta, and the attention of scholars to it in the linguistic aspect, including Abu Al-Walid Al-Waqshi in his book (Commentary on the Muwatta), the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing it, previous studies, the research methodology, and its plan. The introduction: It contains a brief introduction to Abu al-Walid al-Waqshi, grammatical criticism between language and terminology, aspects of grammatical criticism in the book, its words, and the principles on which al-Waqshi relied. The study issues included twenty-eight issues. Then the conclusion: which contains the most important results of the research.
