المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء دور إدارة البيانات في المؤسسات الأكاديمية الأمنية في الرفع من كفاءة خريجيها بما يساهم في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وذلك بالتطبيق على أكاديمية الشرطة بدولة قطر، حيث تتناول الدراسة دور إدارة البيانات كمحور حيوي لضمان فعالية وكفاءة العمليات الأكاديمية والإدارية من خلال عرض الاستراتيجيات والتقنيات المستخدمة في إدارة البيانات الأكاديمية ودورها في تحسين جودة التعليم والتدريب الأمني خاصة في مجالات التعليم والعمل اللائق والنمو الاقتصادي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للكشف عن أهمية دور إدارة البيانات في الرفع من كفاءة مخرجات أكاديمية الشرطة بما يساهم في الرفع من جودة المرفق الأمني باعتباره أحد المتطلبات الرئيسة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. كما استعانت الدراسة بأداة المقابلة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بموضوعها، وتم توجيه الاستبيان إلى مدراء الكليات والمعاهد والمراكز التابعة لأكاديمية الشرطة. وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في أهمية وجود كيان إداري مختص في إدارة البيانات لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها. وأن جودة إدارة البيانات تساعد في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية بطريقة علمية دقيقة لمنسوبي وزارة الداخلية، كما تساعد على مواكبة التطورات والتغيرات في مجال العملية التدريبية وطبيعة الدورات المنعقدة وجودتها. كما أن المرفق الأمني الجيد يعد أحد أهم متطلبات تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، إذ يساهم في خلق بيئة آمنة ومستقرة تشجع على الاستثمار والتنمية الاقتصادية، وتوفير الاستقرار الاجتماعي، ويساعد في حماية الموارد البيئية والبنية التحتية، بما يدعم الجهود المبذولة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في مختلف أبعادها. وتوصي الدراسة بتشجيع الاهتمام باستخدام البيانات من قبل متخذي القرار. وتعزيز التدريب في مجال إدارة البيانات؛ وتطوير نظام إدارة بيانات متكامل وذكي يحدث بانتظام لضمان دقة وموثوقية المعلومات. وكذلك استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحليل البيانات الكبيرة لتقييم الأداء والتنبؤ بالمخاطر، مما يعزز فعالية التدريب ويضمن السلامة.

The study aims to investigate the role of data management in security academic institutions in raising the efficiency of their graduates, which contributes to achieving the goals of sustainable development, using the Police Academy in the State of Qatar as a subject of application. The study addresses the role of data management as a vital pivot in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of academic and administrative processes by presenting the strategies and techniques used in academic data management and its role in improving the quality of security teaching and training, especially in the areas of education, proper work and economic growth. The study follows the descriptive analytical approach to reveal the importance of data management's role in raising the efficiency of the Police Academy outputs, which contributes to raising the quality of the security facility as one of the main requirements for achieving sustainable development. The study also employs the interview as a tool to collect data related to its main topic, and the questionnaire used in the study is directed to the directors of colleges, institutes and centers affiliated with the Police Academy. The key results of the study are represented in understanding the importance of having an administrative entity specialized in data management to achieve the desired objectives of the data. The quality of data management helps in identifying training needs in a scientifically accurate manner for the Ministry of Interior employees, and also helps in keeping pace with developments and changes in the field of training processes and the nature and quality of the courses held. In addition, a good security facility is a crucial requirement for achieving sustainable development, as it contributes to creating a safe and stable environment that encourages investment and economic development, provides social stability, and helps in protecting environmental resources and infrastructure, which supports the efforts made to achieve the goals of sustainable development in all its dimensions. The study recommends encouraging interest in the use of data by decision makers; enhancing training in data management; developing an integrated and intelligent data management system that is regularly updated to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information; and using artificial intelligence and big data analysis techniques to evaluate performance and predict risks, which enhances the effectiveness of training and ensures safety.
