|a إن المطلع على طرق وصيغ استثمار أموال الوقف يجد منها ما هو قديم قائم حتى وقتنا الحاضر، ومنها ما هو حديث يتماشى مع ظروف مجتمعاتنا الحاضرة. ورغبة في تحقيق مقاصد الوقف، سعت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم طرق استثمار أموال الوقف التقليدية المتعارف عليها قديما مع بيان ضوابطها الشرعية. والتي منها الإجارة، والمساقاة والمزارعة والاستبدال، وغيرها ثم تعرضت الدراسة كذلك لأهم الطرق الحديثة في استثمار أموال الوقف المتفق عليه شرعا وقانونا. والتي منها المقاولة، والمشاركة المتناقصة المنتهية بالتمليك لصلح الوقف، والتمويل بالمرابحة، وصكوك المقارضة، والتمويل بنظام البوت، وغيرها. وخلص البحث إلى أن أموال الأوقاف كثيرة ومتنوعة في مصر، ويمكن إذا أحسنا استغلالها أن تؤدى إلى نهضة اقتصادية واجتماعية تكفينا عن الاستدانة الخارجية، لا سيما إذا قمنا بتطبيق الآليات الحديثة للاستثمار.
|b Anyone who is familiar with the methods and formulas for investing endowment funds will find some that are old and still exist to the present day, and some that are modern that are in line with the conditions of our present societies. In order to achieve the objectives of the endowment, this study sought to highlight the most important methods of investing traditional endowment funds known in the past, while clarifying their legal controls. Among them are leasing, Musaqat, sharecropping, replacement, and others. Then the study also dealt with the most important modern methods of investing endowment funds agreed upon by Sharia and law. Among them are contracting, diminishing partnership ending with ownership for the endowment arrangement, financing through murabaha, and Muqaradah deeds. And financing with the bot system, and others. The research concluded that endowment funds are many and varied in Egypt, and if we exploit them well, they can lead to an economic and social renaissance that will suffice us from external debt, especially if we apply modern investment mechanisms.
